My wife and to young boys spent 4 days/3 nights. It was perfect for us...felt like home (especially with all the Chicago sports memorabilia and books)...great location (steps from slopes), nicely decorated with quality furniture, clean, etc! Owner's notes with recommendations were very helpful for restaurants, etc. If we ever make it back to Durango, I'll be looking this one up again.

I spent a long weekend at this beautiful condo, and enjoyed sitting by the patio and looking out at the mountains. The leaves were turning colors, which was an added bonus. I could also hear a waterfall close by, which was very relaxing. I wasn't expecting it to be as cold as it was along with the snow flurries, but the incredible views and cozy fireplace made for the this. It's a great place to truly feel at peace! Downtown Durango was around 30 minutes away, and the drive there was spectacular---beautiful views in every direction. Everything I needed was in the condo. I hope to return in the future for a longer stay!

We loved the condo, kitchen had everything we needed to make some delicious meals, the outdoor gas grill on the balcony with views of mountains in every direction was a huge plus. Nicely furnished and comfortable. Great location, across from the main lodge, steps to the pool, restaurants and the slopes. Plenty of hiking outside the door on a short car ride away. Condo looks just as good if not better in person and the owner, Rich, was very friendly and incredibly easy to work with. Hopefully we will be staying here again soon!

I enjoyed my stay here and all the comforts that came with it! My only disappointment was the lack of blankets. It was more than enough room for my party of 2 plus my small dog. We made use of the tennis courts at the club down the road and the hot tub right across the street. Thanks for having us, Rich!

Rich, loved the condo. It was a treat to walk in and feel at home with all the special touch Christmas decorations. Christmas is our favorite time of year and we usually spend it at home. The skiing was great. The weather crisp, cold and cloudy/sunny with snow thrown in. Just a wonderful trip overall. The girls, said it was the "best ever." We'll be in touch about our next trip to mountain bike in the spring and fly fish in the fall. Thanks so much for sharing your home. John and BJ

Rich, we enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo so much that we are planning to visit again next year. Your home is absoulutely beautiful and I cannot say enough about your generosity as a host. From the sky chairs overlooking the Aspen and Pine to the very well appointed interior, We couldn't have asked for more and we have shared your information with everyone we know. We had a wonderful time. Your condo was very nice, comfortable, and inviting. I know why you love to spend time there. I would get up at 4 and sit on the deck facing the mountains to the east enjoying the cool crisp morning air. After sunrise, I'd workout in the fitness center. By then the rest of the family would be awake and we could begin our day together. Thank you for having us and making the experience a memorable one. Pat and family

This is truly a gem! The condo was beautiful and very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the fantastic mountain view. Rich made everything so uncomplicated and answered all our questions and gave great tips about places to eat, visit and see. Durango is beautiful anytime of the year, and we enjoyed our stay. We plan to return! If you are interested in flyfishing, Duranglers will send the guide to the condo to pick you up and after a great day of catching trout, will drop you off!

We had a great time in Durango, even got to Silverton & Ouray. The condo is very nice and comfortable. My granddaughters really enjoyed the pool right across the street. We did go to the Glacier Club one time. We hope to do this again. Thanks for everything. Ruth Lindemann

What a beautiful condo...we had such a great time in Durango/Purgatory area and it was so relaxing to come back to a condo with all the comforts of home. The view out the back porch was amazing and waking up early in the morning sitting on the porch having a cup of coffee with the sounds of the waterfall...it doesn't get much better than that.

I just wanted to tell what a wonderful time me and my family had at your place. Everything went perfect there from the location of your property, to the waking up to 7inches of fresh powder on Thursday morning, to the much needed massage that my wife received at the Lodge . My wife noticed that you may also own some other properties if so could you please send me the links and I will surely check them out. I will for surely be calling on you to use this condo again and I will spread it around to all my skiing buddies..as long as it won't interfere with a time I want to go. I hope your cleaning person received both checks on Thursday because that afternoon I noticed them gone, and I'm sure the condo will check okay and won't need the security check. Well thanks again for the use of your condo and making my kids (ages 7,9) spring break a great one. The Tinney's

Great Condo, and the owner was very accomodating to all our needs. Location is awesum, just steps from the lifts. The decor is excellent and the furnishings well above average. We've stayed in the area many years and this was the best condo rental ever. I have told my family and all my ski buddies about this condo and would highly recommend it to anyone headed to Purgatory. It is a really nice place..
