Come relax and enjoy our beautiful newly professionally redecorated two bedroom, two bath, upper level condo at Mesquite Country Club. We are located 50 feet from the pool, and a well-maintained tennis court is nearby. Enjoy a wonderful dinner on the over sized patio that overlooks the courtyard, or spend a quiet afternoon on the second patio with views of the nearby San Jacinto mountains!
Our condo features two bedrooms along with two full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed and the Master Bedroom has a brand new TV. In addition, there is an Aerobed to accommodate extra guests.
Relax in the spacious living room on the large leather couch or chaise and enjoy the updated furniture, new TV (with cable), DVD player, and CD player. In addition there is Wireless Internet.
Our condo features brand new appliances including a new refrigerator, new stove, new dishwasher, new microwave and a new washer and dryer. There is an efficient air conditioner for those warmer days. There is also a gas BBQ to enjoy cookouts on the deck overlooking a greenbelt area.
Enjoy all that Palm Spring has to offer including golf, shopping, restaurants, horseback riding, a water slide park, a large public park, skateboarding park, and the hiking trails of Indian Canyons. And don't forget about the Thursday evening Street Fair in downtown Palm Springs.
Grocery stores, shopping, and great restaurants are all nearby!

We had a wonderful stay! We were there for two weeks in March, and although it rained on us one day we enjoyed relaxing. Our two year old son LOVED it. He loves the big patio and would play with his cars out there all morning!! The condo was great and we would do it again!! Thanks!!!!!

We had a wonderful time in this attractive and comfortable condo. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with everything we could possibly need. Great location and views--loved watching the sunset from the spa in the early evenings. We'll be back.

Dear Dena, , We are safely home after a great month at your condo. It was just as you described & above all we appreciated the cleanness & basic supplies in the unit. Its location is fantastic for golf, grocs,walks, churches. & down town events Bill in condo below was a pleasant & helpful neighbor. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo rental. Quite and yet so much to do. Wonderfully well kept inside and out on the grounds. Not only is the kitchen well stocked with all the cooking needs such as spices, pots & pans, dishes, everything you need. But the condo itself has a warm and beautiful feeling to it. Thanks again for a restfull weekend!

We were very happy with this newly renovated Condo. It is kid-friendly - we had two kids with us. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the pool is nearby. The owners are very cooperative, and they thought of everything - from games for young and old to a well stocked kitchen and pantry. The Korens, Massachusetts and California.
