You'll love the luxury and elegance of this beautiful spacious Gulf front unit on the 12th floor of BelleMer. Navarre Beach just restored their incredible sugar white sand beaches and they are spectacular. You will not be crowded on Navarre, we love that there are no crowds or traffic here. Come and enjoy the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
You'll enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf from the Master Bedroom Suite and the Living Area. The sunsets are amazing and you can enjoy them from your private balcony.
The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed with large floor to ceiling windows directly overlooking the Gulf and a door out to the balcony. You'll also enjoy the private dressing/vanity area. The bathroom has a separate shower and a jacuzzi tub.
Need more room? Your in luck, the rest of your friends and/or family can stay in one of the other two spacious guests rooms. One has two twins and the other has a queen bed. They both offer their own bathrooms and walk in closets and views of the Santa Rosa Sound. The living area has a queen size pull out bed.
The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need including your own ice machine. There are beautiful granite counter tops and a breakfast bar. The dining area seats six plus there are additional bar stools. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.
Belle Mer is a premier complex that many have chosen as their second home rather than rental property so it's not crowded. Famous author Anne Rice has a unit here. You'll enjoy the exercise room, lighted tennis court, outdoor grill area, hospitality/party room, on-site management office and security guard.
The pool area is incredible. It is raised on the Gulf front which allows you the best views of the Gulf while you relax in the reclining chairs. There is a hot tub too. The beach is easily accessible with our new boardwalk. Chairs and umbrella are available for rental on the beach.
Staying on Navarre is like staying on your own private island, come live a life of luxury with us for a week. There are restaurants, a bakery, cool pub hut and an area where you can rent equipment you might need to enjoy your favorite water sports like snorkeling, surfing, kayaking, windsurfing, jet skiing, sailing, fishing and more. Championship golf is less than 20 minutes away. Just west of Navarre Beach you'll find 12 miles of National Seashore with wildlife, covered picnic areas, bike and hiking trails.
This is the perfect place to create those life-long family memories, have a romantic get away, or just relax and enjoy the natural beauty and calming effects of the beach. You'll probably see the dolphins that often swim and play in front of Belle Mer (which means Beautiful Sea).
Please NO SMOKING except on the balcony. Although we love animals, we regret that we cannot accept pets.
