Why the Owner Chose Bozeman
Bozeman is the perfect place if you enjoy the outdoors. There is nothing like the Rocky Mountains and Bozeman sits with a 360 degree view. It's a fun little college town that brings in multicultural events throughout the year and keeps the town young and alive. Along with it's access to the mountains there are plenty of rivers and lakes nearby and easy access to Yellowstone Park. The town caters to the novice outdoorsman all the way to the extreme sportsman with biking, hiking, skiing, golf, mountain climbing, fishing, rafting... The Bozeman airport provides service to all the major airline hubs, so travel to the city is convenient. Like I said - perfect!
The Unique Benefits of this Private Vacation Home
In the summer my favorite thing is to start the day with coffee on the Lanai watching the sun rise over the mountains and waiting for the neighbors to let their horses run out into the field. Then a nice jog through the neighborhood or a bike ride to one of several hiking trails (Cottonwood Creek trail head, Sypes Canyon trial head or even over to the "M") for a quick hike starts the day off right. We love to visit the Gallatin Recreation Area to swim, float and catch some rays. The Museum of the Rockies and the Pioneer Museum are must see locals. Dinner is always done on the patio and then a good game of pool or shuffleboard. Finally, we end the day outside again watching the sun set and waiting for the stars to come out.
