Welcome to our home, Bridger Summit. Our home is situated on a ridge in the foothills of the Bridger Mountain range overlooking the historic town of Bozeman. The house is on an open six acre lot positioned so that there are no structures inhibiting a gorgeous 360 degree view of the mountains. We are located less than 5 minutes from 3 different trail heads into the Bridger range and fishing on the Gallitan river, less than 10 minutes from Bridger Creek golf course and the Bozeman recreation center, less than 15 minutes from downtown Bozeman and the airport, and less than 20 minutes from Bridger Bowl ski area and the Montana State University campus.
The house is a one story home with a daylight basement and heated two car garage. There is a concrete slab driveway with a basketball hoop. In the summer, enjoy fresh rhubarb and raspberries from the plants near the garage. The back of the house is landscaped and lined with a river rock patio with two tables and plenty of chairs. An additional table and chairs can be found off the dining room on a raised deck looking out onto the Bridgers. My favorite spot to watch the sunrise with morning coffee.
On the main floor you'll find an open layout perfect for entertaining or housing a large group.

- Large living room with satellite TV and a DVD player, futon chair, double glass doors leading to the patio. The living room opens to the kitchen and breakfast nook.
- The kitchen is fully stocked and has a microwave, gas range and refrigerator/freezer. There is countertop bar with three stools.
- The breakfast nook has a table and 6 chairs.
- There are two additional bedrooms one with a queen sized bed and the other with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have a vanity and private sink in the bedroom. It makes it nice for folks to be able to brush their teeth or comb their hair in the mornings in the privacy of their own bedroom.
- The two bedrooms share a full bathroom.
In the daylight basement you'll enjoy:
- A large bedroom with queen sized bed.
- Full bathroom with a very large tiled shower.
- Recreational room with a pool table, satellite TV, shuffleboard table, pop-a-shot basketball game, futon and double glass doors leading to a patio.

Why the Owner Chose Bozeman
Bozeman is the perfect place if you enjoy the outdoors. There is nothing like the Rocky Mountains and Bozeman sits with a 360 degree view. It's a fun little college town that brings in multicultural events throughout the year and keeps the town young and alive. Along with it's access to the mountains there are plenty of rivers and lakes nearby and easy access to Yellowstone Park. The town caters to the novice outdoorsman all the way to the extreme sportsman with biking, hiking, skiing, golf, mountain climbing, fishing, rafting... The Bozeman airport provides service to all the major airline hubs, so travel to the city is convenient. Like I said - perfect!
The Unique Benefits of this House
In the summer my favorite thing is to start the day with coffee on the Lanai watching the sun rise over the mountains and waiting for the neighbors to let their horses run out into the field. Then a nice jog through the neighborhood or a bike ride to one of several hiking trails (Cottonwood Creek trail head, Sypes Canyon trial head or even over to the "M") for a quick hike starts the day off right. We love to visit the Gallatin Recreation Area to swim, float and catch some rays. The Museum of the Rockies and the Pioneer Museum are must see locals. Dinner is always done on the patio and then a good game of pool or shuffleboard. Finally, we end the day outside again watching the sun set and waiting for the stars to come out.
