City Park is close enough to walk to which includes The Museum of Natural History, the Denver Zoo and the City Park golf course. Denver Botanical Gardens is on the way to the Cherry Creek Mall and Whole Foods Grocery store. The best shopping and dining in the city is at the Cherry Creek Shopping area.
Stroll down the light filled trees lining fabulous boutiques and scrumptious cuisine. To the west Downtown is only 5 minutes away. Art Galleries, Theatres, Shopping, Dining, and major sporting events are within minutes. You'll enjoy this beautiful neighborhood that is a mix of old fashioned friendly neighbors and bustling with activity of the downtown crowd. National Jewish Hospital is within walking distance and the downtown hospitals are within blocks.

Policy: $50 reservation fee and 1/2 rental fee required to reserve property.
Remaining rental fee is due 30 days prior to check-in to maintain reservation .
For rentals less than 30 days the Colorado and City and County of Denver lodging
tax will be added. Cancellation Policy as follows: Cancellations prior to 45 days
of arrival full refund less $50 reservation fee. No refunds after 30 days unless
rerented.Holidays for 1 week stays only. We recommend travel insurance.
