Large log home on 4 acres in private gated community. This 3 story log home is very private. The house is all wood from top to bottom and furnished in a luxurious rustic style. The decor speaks of all the activities in the mountians. The beds and other furniture was purchased with extra comfort in mind. This is the perfect family retreat. In fact, most guest never leave the property. The house has two master bedrooms with private bath and private screened porch. The porches are fully furnished. The house has a third bedroom with three single beds. This bedroom has its own full bathroom. House has four full baths in all. There are three fireplaces. One of the fireplaces is located in the mainfoor master suite and the others are on the ground floor and main floor. Two of the fireplaces are gas log and one is natural( firewood provided). The ground floor Has a wet bar and game room. Large screen T.v. with surround sound. The house has over a 70 dvd movies avialable. Game room includes pool table, ping pong, foosball, darts, indoor basketball, poker and game table, and many other board various board games. There are two other huge screened in porches. The porch on the main floor is equiped to seat 12 with rockers and porch swing. The ground floor porch is also screened and has outdoor bar. There is also a fire pit located in front of the guest house on the property. The guest house sleeps three and has heating and air conditioning. It also has its own fireplace and is fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equiped with two microwaves for those larger family meals. There is a seperate coffee bar and wet bar in the kitchen as well. The hot tub is located on the back uncovered deck and is very private. The house has a total of three televisions and three dvd players.
There are many activities close to the property. Horse back riding, Hiking, Rafting and fishing ect. fou miles to Vogel state park and 7 miles to Brasstown Bald. 19 Miles from Helen and 10 miles To Wynfield state park.
