This nicely furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Villa is located in Alhambra Villas conveniently located between both Spanish Springs Town Square and Lake Sumter Landing Market Square and nearly next door to the bustling activity at the Savannah Center.

Master bedroom has queen size bed, television, walk-in closet and private bath. Guest bedroom has two single beds and adjacent full bathroom. Fully equipped eat in kitchen. Living area has sofa, loveseat, 26" television, vcr player. Also including dining area, 1 1/2 car garage with garage door opener, full size washer and dryer and screened in front porch with furniture.
