Our condo is a non-smoking second floor tastefully decorated unit with an outstanding view overlooking the ninth and first fairway includes ALL the amenities you would expect from a newly built golf community residence. The living area has a 12-foot glass opening onto the screened lanai, giving you a panoramic view of the water and fairway. Great room leather furntiture is new, and includes a queen sofa sleeper. The master bedroom which also overlooks the water and fairway has a luxurious queen bed located in the back of the unit for complete privacy. The guest bedroom has also has a queen bed, located in the front of the unit. Each bedroom has a TV, plus the large screen TV in the great room. The great room features 16 foot ceilings, and all rooms have ceiling fans.

Enjoy the pool which is just steps from the unit,(approx. 100 ft), along with several tennis courts and an exercise room and private country club. A $225 golf membership transfer fee (plus 6% tax) and $100 non-refundable application fee, provides you and one other person unlimited golf, (currently $50 per person, per round of golf in season including GPS cart). Tee times for golf may be scheduled in advance using the Chelsea system or in person at the pro shop.

Enjoy shopping and dining at the brand new Coconut Point Mall (1.3 million square feet), which is within walking distance of Spring Run, the MIROMAR OUTLETS, which is a short drive away, or at the upscale PROMENADE shopping center. There are also numerous casual and top notch restaurants in the immediate area and shopping, shopping, shopping!

  • We had a wonderful time...the unit was nicely furnished...from the lanai, we had a great view of the lake and the women's 9th tee...it was just a short walk to the pool, which had a heated spa...owners and other renters were very friendly...we will definitely call Bill when we're ready to go to Florida again.
