We are in the best location on Banderas Bay for your family's outing. Just a short distance from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close enough for sightseeing and shopping.

This lovely home is just 14 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta airport via the new, four-lane, concrete highway, in a gated community between Bucerias and La Cruz. This gated community has cobblestone streets and gleaming white homes, reflect the charm of the Mexican mainland. The well-manicured grounds and greenbelt areas show the pride the owners take in their home sites here.

Casa Bala is one of the premier ocean view homes in the area. With its gleaming marble floors throughout and tasteful decorations and furnishings, this home can accommodate families of six in absolute comfort. The parking in front can accommodate four cars easily, and the back yard is more than adequate for children's games.

The cobblestone entrance and streets compliment the contemporary Mexican styling of the homes here. You can tell at first glance that this community is a quality location for family vacations in the Puerto Vallarta area.

Casa Bala is one of the nicest homes in the community. The view is just fantastic. The upstairs balcony overlooks the pool in the backyard and you can see the whole community with the Bay in the background. The wide sandy beach is just a short walk down the street where early in the spring you can see the whales and dolphins playing in the bay while the gulls and pelicans search for food.

This kitchen is well appointed. It has all tile countertops and everything you need to prepare a meal for your family or friends. The big refrigerator will hold as much food as you would need for a week or two. On the counter top you will find a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a blender for all of those frosty drinks you will enjoy, plus purified water in the kitchen for cooking and drinking so no one's vacation is ruined. Just off the kitchen is a washer and dryer if you need fresh clothes while you are here.

This lovely home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs and one is downstairs for someone who might have difficulty with stairs. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, nightstands, a chest of drawers, and a closet. The master bedroom up stairs also has air conditioning. The second bedroom upstairs has a double-size bed, and the downstairs bedroom has two twin beds.

The luxurious living room is decorated for maximum comfort and hospitality.

Comfortable outdoor furniture on the patio lends to a relaxing snooze now and then, or just getting a little tan around the pool.

The wide sandy beach is a fantasy playground where you can snorkel, swim, poke around the tide pools, or just do nothing and soak up the warm, year-round, Mexican sunshine. The beach is safe for children of all ages. Because it is on the Bay, there are no large waves or rip tides to spoil a day of fun. Casa Bala is about a three-minute leisurely walk to the beach.
