- Air Conditioning : Central Air, adjust as wanted FYI: We have wonderful neighbors Marge and Bob who keep an extra key to our house if you lose the Key. Also you can have mail delived...Key for PO Box with house keys. Naples, Fl 34114
- Linens Provided : Yes...at least 2 sets are provided w/ extra sets for pull out couches.
- Washer : Utility Room on same level as house...all one floor. Has sink and storage closets. Electric broom and Vacuum also cleaning supplies.
- Dryer : Please replace cleaning supplies you use up, or detergent, etc so that the next guest will have something to get started with! TY! Same with kitchen supplies such as saran wrap, etc. and bathroom supplies!!! Please replace what you use!
- Garage : Two car garage which has one short step into the house. From front door, no steps to enter the house, also no steps to pool area. House is all level. Beach chairs, umbrella, picnic coolers, lg. beach towels, pails and shovels !
- Covered Parking : A two car garage is attached to the house which has one short step into the house.
- Off Street Parking : 2-4 Parking on driveway. Street parking not permitted overnight.

Printer in M Bd Rm,Internet throughout house. A small TV which may be used in either rm.

- Cooking Utensils Provided : Every thing needed for cooking and gracious entertaining ! Very important: This is a non-smoking house including the patio as the smoke will fill the house. Please have guests smoke on the grass areas outside the patio. TY!!!

- Lanai : Lovely small pool 12x20 with pretty, abit, small garden! View of grass area with plantings and a tranquil view of 2 charming briges over the lagoon. Many types of birds to watch for!

- Beachfront : About a 15 min drive to the Gulf and beaches and the center of downtown Naples. The beaches on either side of the Pier have restrooms. Also a concession stand ! Also easy walk to restaurants and shops.

- Golf Course View : There are 70 golf courses in Naples but we do not have a direct view of one. Lily across from Verona Walk and on Collier Blvd has several.

I have rented many homes over the years in the Naples/Marco Island area. This was the first time that I felt like I was really at home. Usually the owners advertise that their home is fully equiped, but when you get there it is either not true or the equipment (dishes, appliances, knives, etc) is of a very low quality. The equipment in this home was of a superior quality and in very good shape! The furnishings were top quality as well. All was clean and neat! The neighborhood is very layed back and quiet. We used the pool every day and it was maintained perfectly. The sunsets from the patio were enjoyable. The community is ideally set-up for exercise, including dedicated walking/running/biking paths, swimming pools, tennis courts and exercise classes. The owner made all aspects of renting this home easy and enjoyable. Very nice and accommodating. Obviously, I would return in a heartbeat! If you are looking for a quiet place to unwind, that is pure quality, this is the place!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My husband and I spend a fabulous month (March 2011) at this property in Verona Walk community. The Villa had absolutely everything needed for comfort, cleanliness, accessibility to shopping and beaches and tourist niches. It also boasts great neighborhoods for biking, walking and exercise. We totally enjoyed being able to get our vehicle gassed up right within the community as well made good use of the restaraunt/takeout services. We plan to stay here again hopefully 2013 when it will be just myself and my husband as our family would not be with us. Everything was spotlessly clean and we loved the heated pool and lounge area. Super great holiday.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

What a super "home away from home"—beautifully decorated in Tommy Bahama, expertly provisioned kitchen, spacious lanai-covered decking, and private sparkling pool. The lush garden-like complex also has miles of paved walkways and a "city" center with a restaurant, lap pool and large residents’ pool that we as renters have been able to enjoy. Only 15 minutes to the beach, this home is in the middle of the paradise called Naples, FL. We have stayed here for a month for the last 3 years and have enjoyed every minute of this comfortable and lovely home. The owners are great, too, and so helpful and accommodating! Thank you for letting us share your home; we’ll certainly be back.
