The delightful, and extremely popular, raised beach cottage DUNE FINE, is back! Off the rental market for some time, the decision to offer this home once again to visitors in the Dune Allen Beach area of 30-A has been made! Many of you know well why the property has earned its name and reputation in Santa Rosa Beach. If not...here's the skinny: Once you've checked in, and kicked back, rest assured you'll be Doin' Fine as well!
Located at the western end of 30-A (closer to Destin rather than Panama City Beach), but still just minutes from any activity or destination you wish to explore, DUNE FINE is a 3/2 home that offers spacious accommodations for six but manages to capture a feeling of beachy coziness and casual comfort in its first floor, open plan living/kitchen area. The L/R section of the house blends well into the "galley kitchen" and allows all parties to watch TV, converse, cook, and perhaps, sometime around sunset, share a "frozen concoction" that your inevitable blender will be happy to render. Bedrooms and baths are somewhat more generous in size than those of other beach homes and, for six people, that's a real plus. A shaded, upstairs balcony with a comfy hammock is positioned beautifully to take advantage of delicious gulf breezes...Well behaved and monitored children are most welcome.
As many of you know there are a variety of beaches on 30-A: some with lifeguards and chairs/umbrellas set ups, some without, some offering good food just a few strides away, etc...but,the closest access to the gulf is an easy six to eight minute stroll away (Ditto to one of our best restaurants - Stinky's Fish Camp). If you'd like to take coolers, fishing gear and the like, I suggest tossing it all in the car and making the less-than-60-second drive. Many beach spots offer restrooms and outside showers (no need to go back home covered in that sugar white sand).
Flea free, vaccinated, well trained dogs are welcome (they'll love being able to romp in the large, fenced backyard).

Dune Fine is a lovely, well maintained home that delivered all we expected of a vacation rental and more! The home is close enough to the beach that you can hear the surf, but not so close that there's traffic congestion. The bedrooms are generous in size and the main living area has plenty of comfortable seating. The well stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook for and serve any size group. Our favorite place was the porch. Though in the front of the house, it's tucked into trees so it's very restful all day long. Our 2 Golden Retreviers loved that the porch is just upstairs from the huge, fenced backyard. They could wander off the porch to the backyard without us opening doors or gates! Don't miss a chance to explore Topsail State Park. There are miles of hiking trails through pine forests, around lakes, and over dunes to the beach. Also take a short stroll from the house across 30A on Bishop Street. There's a public beach access at the end of Bishop where you just might find that you have the entire beach to yourselves. We had a wonderful time at Dune Fine, we plan on returning and we would recommend it to all!

We loved staying at Dune Fine! It was perfect for traveling with our dogs. They thoughtfully have everything needed like the water and food bowls, scooper outside. Etc... Great porch with the hammock and perfect backyard for them to play . We hope to be able to stay there again sometime.

We loved staying at this house! It was perfect for our family, which includes our dogs. The owner had thoughtfully anticipated most of our needs. When we arrived there was fresh water for our dogs in a bowl on the front deck, and food and water bowls for them inside. The backyard was large with beautiful green grass and there was an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach. The front porch was very relaxing with chairs and a hammock which we really enjoyed. The house felt like home; it is nicely decorated and comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, glasses and cookware and all of the utensils for cooking and a full size washer and dryer. Everything in the description was very accurate. It was a very short drive to the beach, but it was also close enough to walk home for lunch. We definitely would like to stay there again!

Dune Fine provided an excellent vacation getaway for us. Traci was very friendly and helpful. Being able to bring our dog along was a great way for everyone to enjoy the vacation. Plenty of walking paths to roam and enjoy, as well as being a short walk to the beach, Clean, Fun and Enjoyable. Perfect for pets. We hope to return next year, if possible!! Thanks Traci!

Thank you for a great stay at you home,we felt completely relaxed. your home is located in a rare spot along 30-A. We enjoyed having room for our four legged child,your fenced in back yard was great! we love the covered porch,we sat everyday after a full day of sun and had or Happy Hour. We also loved the GREAT Restaurants that were scattered along 30-A and not having to go to the busy destin area. The publix gro was very convenient as well. We will stay at you lovely home next year.Gail

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Dune Fine. We never felt like we were in a rental. EVERYTHING we needed was already there for us. We had 4 dogs with us and they loved the porch & large backyard. The beds totally rock. We'll definitely be back!!!
