This unique property used to be 4 apartment units - The Cottage (2 bdrm/2 bath), the adjoining Courtyard Apartment (2 bdrm/2 bath) and two upstairs studios. For summer-time vacation rentals it has been converted to use as one large multi-family "compound" - ideally suited for a large family gathering because it is possible to have both space and privacy for everyone!
The large private brick patio with an outdoor "beach" shower, is great for coming home from the beach, cleaning off the sand and sea then sunning and relaxing until it's time to BBQ! The two umbrella patio tables with double-deck family sized gas bbq, provide perfect summer outdoor dining. There are extra tables and chairs available to seat up to 20 people on the patio. The entire patio area is securely fenced so children can play safely.

The Unique Benefits at this House
This is an ideal location for a big family get-together. The property sleeps up to 18 comfortably. The kitchen is large and well-equipped to accommodate several cooks and many tasters! The enclosed patio is safe for children and private for your family outdoor dining. One of the greatest advantages of the complex are the 6 bathrooms. And in addition to the spacious main house (The Cottage) each of the individual units offer private space to each couple or family.
I love to have my extended family here - it gives the cousins time to get to know each other, everybody gets to have some beach fun with all the boogey boards, or just sit and watch the grandkids build sand castles - beach chairs and towels are provided.
Walk the pier then have a burger at Ruby's - retro style and great food!

Thank you for visiting my listing! I bought this property in 2003 - it had the great bones of the classic early 1920's "Craftsman" style. Now - completely refurbished - it again has the spirit of those early days.
