"Breckenridge Mountain Haven" is located in the nice neighborhood of Timber Creek Estates. This new 4,200 sq.ft. home was newly furnished with luxury, practicability and comfort in mind. Located an easy paved five mile drive from Breckenridge, it keeps you close to the many attractions that the resort has to offer. This timber post and beam constructed home has three levels plus an adjoining hot tub room that opens up to the outside for the ultimate relaxing experience.
All the rooms have an amazing view of Mount Quandary, a spectacular 14,000 foot peak with all the beauty of Colorado. The vacation home has many custom finishes including granite counter tops throughout, natural slate and Australian cypress wood flooring on the main level, oil rubbed bronze fixtures and many more. The entire home has in-floor radiant heat including the oversized three car garage which makes for a very comfortable setting for your stay. Wireless high speed internet service is provided.
We know that pets are part of the family! Your well behaved dog is welcome with prior approval (separate pet deposit applies).
On the main level you will find one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, dining room and the large open vaulted Great Room with a beautiful central stone fire place, 37" flat screen HDTV and floor-to-ceiling windows to take in the magnificent view. The kitchen has an open layout with the newest GE Monogram appliances, granite countertops and it is fully equipped. The oversized kitchen countertop allows seating for four and adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room which seats ten comfortably. You will also find a mudroom for all your winter gear with a washer and dryer. Attached to the home is an oversized three car garage with additional parking for extra vehicles in the driveway.
On the lower level there is a full size pool table, a home entertainment center featuring a 42" flat screen LCD HDTV with surround sound, DVD player for your cozy movie nights and iPod docking station and a wet bar area for your convenience; also an Xbox console with four games; in all, an area to hang out and enjoy yourselves. You will also find two bedrooms on the lower level and a bath. Adjacent to the basement is a sun room / hot tub room that receives solar heat during the day and makes for a spectacular setting to soak or just watch the sun set.
On the upper level you have the spacious Master Suite with its own fireplace to enjoy. The master bath has a two person jetted soaking tub with a separate shower and a large granite counter top with two vanities. The large loft, which is open to the great room, has a sitting area and an incredible window seat to where you can retreat for some reading or day dreaming while Mt. Quandary is right outside the window.
Above the three car garage is a large open "bunk room", great for the kids to hang out. There is an additional TV with DVD player. The room also has a small counter and sink.
The bedding configuration for the home is:
Upper level sleeps 4: master bedroom suite with King bed, loft with a Queen futon
Main level sleeps 4: bedroom with a Queen bed, great room with a Queen hide-a-bed
Lower level sleeps 6: bedroom one with a Queen bed, bedroom two with two Twin beds, entertainment area with a Queen hide-a-bed in the couch
Bunk room above garage sleeps 4: Queen bed and two twins.
The house has a Pack-N-Play, kid's mattress, high chair, toys for little ones, baby gates and even a stroller available upon request.

This spacious Breckenridge home was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. I came here with a group of my friends to relax and enjoy some winter activities. We weren’t disappointed! The home was perfect for a large group, offering several beds, plenty of extra towels, blankets and space to spread out. The mudroom was great for landing all our winter coats, boots and ski equipment. We even had a heated garage for parking and unloading. It was so nice to start the early morning to the ski slope in a warm car.
We came at a perfect time and got to enjoy the beautiful and amazing snow sculptures during the International Snow Sculpture Championship in Breckenridge. The weather was great, so we enjoyed snowshoeing – a first for me, and a day of skiing.
Each day after our outings, we relaxed in the hot tub, a wonderful treat to warm and soothe tired muscles. The cooks in the group enjoyed whipping up some great hot meals in the large kitchen. But if you like to try the local restaurants, there are many to choose from. We got some great gourmet pizza delivered from the Pizza Parlor in downtown Breckenridge. Our host provided lots of activity and restaurant guides to help us plan our weekend.
Although Breckenridge is a wonderful winter get-away, you’ll find that it’s equally beautiful all year round with plenty of things to do and see no matter what time of year you visit. But most of all make this place your home base during your stay and you’ll enjoy a fantastic mountain retreat.
