The living room features a 43 inch flat screen HDTV and gas fireplace. The deck off of the living room has a grill and a view of the Breckenridge ski slopes. The master bedroom has a king size bedroom and a private deck.
The Ski and Racquet Club Condominiums are 2 blocks from the heart of downtown Breckenridge. The complex is located near the south end of the town of Breckenridge, on Highway 9 (Main Street), near the Breckenridge Ice Rink. It is serviced by the Breckenridge Circulator bus route. The complex has a clubhouse with an indoor pool and hot tub.
The Ski & Racquet Club condominium complex has covered, assigned parking spaces, elevator service, clubhouse, an indoor swimming pool & spa, tennis courts, and laundry facilities in each building. Quiet and secluded yet easy access to town/ski lifts and free shuttle (bus shuttle stop in front of complex).
