You will appreciate the warm atmosphere of our newly decorated condo which is outfitted with high quality comfortable furnishings and carefuly matched accessories and doing so without extra cost to you. Our beautiful condo is located in the perfect location; across the street from specialty shops, restaurants, full service grocery store, bike and ski rental, and a bus stop for the Summit Stage that takes skiers, hikers, bikers,and shoppers to Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Silverthorne and Dillon free of charge. Frisco is central to 5 premier Colorado ski areas including: Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland. The condo is within walking distance to different fun filled activities such as: the Frisco Bay Marina, boating, trails, bike paths, or cross country skiing. A brief drive takes you to Silverthorne or Dillon to the outlet mall and a variety of restaurants and activities. Within less than one hour you can be in Vail or Beaver Creek, allowing you to stay in Frisco and save money on lodging. Our condo has some of the best options for combining mountain and town access with a reasonable rate.
Our cozy, reasonably priced condo is ideal for one or two families. The spacious vaulted-ceiling condo exceeds 1250 square feet. We have extensively furnished our condo for our family to enjoy. The upstairs loft is 16 X 24 feet and has enough sleeping for several people. There is a queen bed, a full bed with a twin above, and a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a TV and DVD in the armoire. The master suite is on the lower level and and has a luxurious king bed, large closet, nightstands, dresser and a large high definition TV and DVD player. The master suite has an attached master bathroom with two sinks, another closet and additional storage space. There is second bathroom, which has a washer and dryer combo. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining room has a large dining table and there is additional seating at the kitchen bar. The living room has a vaulted ceiling with a cozy fireplace. Above the fireplace is a 42" flat screen high definition TV and DVD player. There is a balcany adjacent the living room. The condo has quiet comfortable radiant heat. You can also stay connected by broadban WI-Fi. There are large communal hot tubs that feel like a million dollars after a hard day skiing, hiking, boating, climbing, boating or shopping.
The unit is fully furnished and equipped for you to have an enjoyable stay. We have outfitted our home with high quality furnishings and matched accessories because quality and aesthetics are important to us when we travel and are away from home.
We have created many wonderful memories here in Colorado and hope that you will create your own wonderful memories when you stay in our home.
