This tastefully newly redecorated, seventh-floor condominium provides a picturesque view from the living room and master bedroom balcony. Our beach condominium provides you with immediate, safe access to the powder soft sand and the warm, clear Emerald Sea. With no roads to cross, it is perfect for families and children. Just relax on the beach with complementary beach chairs and umbrellas provided for our guests. Or... lounge by the pool.
Or... you can also take advantage of shopping at the unique and charming shops of Seaside about a mile away. The local convenience store is just steps away and the quaint Seagrove Plaza is just across the street. You can even rent a bike and cycle/walk along the 30A bicycle path. Shoppers can explore the area's large outlet mall in Sandestin 15 miles away. Golfers can enjoy the year-round courses nearby, and children can enjoy the many water/theme parks at nearby Panama City or Destin.
Our 1000-square-foot condominium in Seagrove offers a unique view of the beach, pelicans, seagulls, and dolphins. Sit on the beach and watch the spectacular sunsets. Imagine waking up in the morning to hear the sound of the waves lapping on the soft sand.
The condominium is completely furnished with everything you could possible need down to the blender and brandy glasses. All you need is a beach towel and swimsuit. There is a large, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa sleeper, master bedroom with king-sized bed, second bedroom with twin beds, and a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. A full-sized washer and dryer are in the unit. There is management on staff on the premises to assist you, should the need arise.

I had to say thank you so much for opening up your "JEM" to us, it was wonderful. The condo was wonderfully located on the beach and the view from the balcony was even better,& we even saw the dolphins swimming one morning. We loved our vacation and made many memories that we look forward to the next time! Thanks again!
