By designing all aspects of the home with wine lovers in mind, we've created a perfect place to become home-base during your wine country vacation. Whether for 1 or 2 nights or 1 or 2 weeks, this home environment will help you make your wine experience a lasting memory.
Perfect for honey-mooners or special anniversaries, we offer more interesting upgrades than other rental homes. First and foremost, we are actually wine makers. Frank Wines are made and bottled here, so there are wine making events right on the property throughout the year. As wine makers we have gathered quite a number of medals and awards including the single most prestigious annual award given a wine maker... the Orange County Wine Competition's "Best of Show for Reds 2007" for 2005 Dry Creek Syrah. If you want to learn wine making, we are your place to stay. We can teach you the specifics.
The master bedroom takes the form of large Bedroom Suite with a Kingsize bed and fluffy warm down comforter. It has romantic mood lighting and a large well lit dressing area.
We also have other special features such as the large rain-forest bathroom with jacuzzi tub.
The living room has a full library that includes a 180 volume wine book collection, a 600 volume cookbook collection, a full reference library, and 100's of best selling novels and biographies. The entertainment center has a terrific receiver with collectible Altec Lansing speakers and is cabled for an iPod to use as a sound source, all you need to do is plug your iPod into it if you want to bring your own music. We also have a 110,000 song iTunes Library and an extensive iTunes movie Library. There is also an iPod tech on site to teach you how to add these items to your iTunes system. The 80 channel cable TV reception gets every non-premium channel you could imagine. We've provided a DVR and we will set it to record shows you want to see in advance of your arrival. The is VHS/DVD/CD player and a high brow DVD collection. The room has sumptuous leather furniture and a ready to use with just a match traditional wood fireplace. It has romance and warmth throughout.
Each room has it's own personality and the space is decorated with a combination of contemporary and antique furniture. We've decorated the walls with original photography, oil paintings and other special pieces by California artists. You'll truly treasure this 1200 square feet of vacation home away from home.
The home comes with a 802.11G wireless high speed internet throughout and we provide a Dell Windows XP laptop to use wirelessly while you are on-premise.
Our amenities have been meticulously selected to provide the utmost enjoyment of your wine adventures.
Not just your ordinary vacation rental, this is our former home and was remodeled and upgraded for us. We've relocated to another home on the adjoining property, and redecorated to create a guest house with an elegant and comfortable environment for vacationing with a strong emphasis toward wine tasting.

This home is also located 4 walking blocks from the Sonoma County Courthouse. If you have extended legal business in town, multi-day deposition, a court trial or face to face litigation to work through, this home provides you with a full suite of rooms for comfort, entertaining and very private client meetings. You can come back and do legal reference work quietly (even at a lunch recess, it's that close, just 5 minutes by foot). We can even make a networked laser printer available to you at an additional cost.
