Perfect for honey-mooners or special anniversaries, we offer more interesting upgrades than other rental homes. We also have many special features in this modern design home, such as the large rain-forest bathroom with jacuzzi tub, original photography, oil paintings and other special pieces by California artists and a combination of contemporary and antique furniture.
Another unique aspect to this rental home is Frank Wines are made and bottled here, so there are wine making activities right on the property throughout the year. As wine makers we have gathered quite a number of medals and awards including the single most prestigious annual award given a wine maker... the Orange County Wine Competition's "Best of Show for Reds 2007" for 2005 Dry Creek Syrah. If you want to learn wine making, we are your place to stay. We can teach you the specifics.
We designed each room with it's own merits in mind. In the large Master bedroom suite, you find a King sized bed, fluffy warm down comforter, romantic mood lighting and a large well-lit dressing area. In the Living Room, we have entertainment features galore; full library including 180 volumes on wine, 600 volumes of cookbooks, reference, best selling novels and biographies; sumptuous leather furniture with a traditional wood fireplace. To relax and enjoy this room, we've added a terrific receiver with collectible Altec Lansing speakers. The system is cabled for an iPod to use as a sound source, all you need to do is plug your iPod into it if you want to bring your own music. We also have a 110,000 song iTunes Library and an extensive iTunes movie Library - ask us about it. The 80 channel cable TV reception gets every non-premium channel you could imagine. We've provided a DVR, VHS/DVD/CD player and an enticing DVD collection.
The home also has a 802.11G wireless high speed internet throughout and we can provide a Dell Windows XP laptop to use wirelessly while you are on-premise.

This home is also located 4 walking blocks from the Sonoma County Courthouse. If you have extended legal business in town, multi-day deposition, a court trial or face to face litigation to work through, this home provides you with a full suite of rooms for comfort, entertaining and very private client meetings. You can come back and do legal reference work quietly (even at a lunch recess, it's that close, just 5 minutes by foot). We can even make a networked laser printer available to you at an additional cost.

- Charcoal BBQ Grill: We barbeque extensively and have 2 on premise. One is a slow smoke cooker (Big Green Egg) which allows exacting temperature and very slow cooking the other is a more traditional Weber for grilling. The 600 cook books in the home will also give you ideas on how to use the amazing fresh foods grown in Sonoma County in the kitchen and on the Barbeque.
- Deck/Patio: Redwood and Trex decks, concrete patio with table and chairs for dining or simply enjoying the peaceful back garden. Oak and Acer trees shade the patio most of the day.

Payment may be made in the form of Personal check one week in advance of your stay
or by Money Order on your arrival date. If you wish to pay using a credit card, do

This may have been an oversight on our part for not pointing out the large whirlpool bath that holds two romantically also has a hand held European style shower on a l-o-n-g flexible hose. We're sorry we didn't make that clear. - Hope to see you soon!
