It really is perfect for two families vacationing together. There is nothing left out of this unit. Why the Owner Chose Telemark
We loved the location on the Fraser River, the in-town location, the proximity to ski busses to the mountain, and the icing on the cake is the new Town Recreation Center.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We are within walking distance to all in-town activities and the soon to be completed Recreation Center with an indoor pool but the biggest amenity is the Fraser River in the backyard.

My name is Bill Honn, I am one of the owners and the manager of Tincup. Three years ago I put together a group of friends and friends of friends to build a house in Winter Park. A few of us decided to purchase this unit to utilize primarily as a rental. ( There is currently 1/4 of this unit for sale)
I have worked in Design and Construction my whole life. My experience has been in the boardrooms of Corporate Real Estate Development in Washington DC, to Commercial and Residential Architecture and Residential Construction Management in Fort Collins, Colorado.
I am a husband to Holly and father of three boys Hunter (22), Tyler (19), and Travis (18). We are a skiing, or should I say ski/boarding family. I am by training an Architect, by experience a Real Estate Developer and at heart a man of integrity. I am a team builder and my team is made up of relationships that I have nurtured over the years. I have been developing projects in Winter Park for the last four years, but I have been building my greatest resource, my friends and associates, for the last thirty years.
I see the enormous potential for Winter Park. Because I experienced it in Beaver Creek twenty years ago and witnessed its fruition. Come dream with me. Together we can enjoy a unique Rocky Mountains experience, watch Winter Park mature and have a great time along the way.

Great property, convenient to downtown and bus or quick drive to the hill. Walk to Hernandos for awesome pizza. We fit 4 adults and 5 kids easily.

Stayed in the Condo this summer. Absolutely perfect setting. Easy access to all Winter Park locations! Very spacious and clean!! Hot tub was amazing. Loved sitting out on the deck. Would definitely stay here again in the summer and hope to make it during ski season as well. Highly recommend this property. A hidden gem!!

This condo is awesome for groups and families! It is spacious and the decor is first class. The sound of the river off your ack deck is awesome to put you to sleep at night.

Our family had a great time in this unit in March 2010. It is close to the shuttle, great pizza restuarant just down the street, and wonderful hot tub. We plan to come back here again...
