This wonderfully decorated single family home in the Wildflower section of prestigious Arrowhead is only a 3 minute walk to the slopes and the Arrow-bahn high speed lift, ski rentals and restaurants.
Arrowhead Mountain connects to Bachelors Gulch and Beaver Creek. You will have access to an outdoor heated pool and spa as well as the Vista Restaurant located in the Country Club of the Rockies Clubhouse.
This home has everything a family ski vacation would want. Featuring hard wood floors on the entire main level, this perfect floor plan has three levels. The upper level features two master bedrooms plus an office with sleeper sofa; the main level has an eat in kitchen with granite counter tops, wine refrigerator, table seating for 8 plus a breakfast bar. The kitchen overlooks a great room/ dining room with soaring 22' ceilings and a gas fireplace. The master bedroom is also on the main floor which includes a jetted tub and separate shower. A powder room and laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer opening to a two car garage with ski storage completes the main level.
The lower level features two more bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has two twins. These bedrooms are connected via a Jack and Jill bath. Also, this level has a huge rec room with 60" big screen television with DVD, a pool table and game table. Another powder bath is located here next to a wet bar with refrigerator.
House size is 4,213 sf. Optional use of Alpine Club available for a fee. All bedrooms have televisions some with DVD's.

My wife and I first came to the Vail Valley for the best skiing in the world but purchased this home because of the beautiful, cool, humidity free summers. We reside in Tampa, Fl. but come to the valley to ski several times in the winter and for several months in the summer to escape the Florida heat. We also enjoy golfing, hiking, biking, rafting and cool nights on the patio. We have two adult children and they also join us as often as possible in Colorado.
Why the Owner Chose Arrowhead
Close to the slopes of Beaver Creek and only a 15 minute drive to Vail. Also, only a few minute walk to the golf course. Only a two minute drive to Edwards and 3 minutes to Avon. Can't beat the location.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We can walk 3 minutes to the Arrowbahn lift in winter or the swimming pool in the summer. Also, the Country Club of the Rockies has the Vista Grille where anyone can enjoy food and drink and tennis courts for anyones use are there also. Just hike up Arrowhead Mountain in the summer for a great workout. Biking trails to Vail are just out the entrance. We have a 60 inch big screen TV along with a pool table in the rec room. Fun awaits you!!
