The Ka`anapali Hawaiiana House is a hotel-zoned vacation home, therefore it is a legal vacation rental. Only a few homes on the island of Maui are actually legal. This is one of three on this beach that are - all 3 can be rented through Tropical Villa Vacations.
This oceanfront panoramic view estate offers a full complement of luxurious amenities. There are four over-sized bedroom suites, each with a private bath and entertainment system, direct beach front access, an iPod/iPhone docking station, iTunes wireless reception, a large beach front swimming pool, hot tub, office work space, exercise equipment, spacious kitchen with beautiful granite counters and gas range, BBQ grill, and central air conditioning.
A showcase of spectacular elegant interior design, The Hawaiiana House reflects the tastes of New England missionaries and sailors who settled in Hawaii in the last century. Very few homes have been created with such attention to detail and adherence to the rare style of Hawaiian whaling days nineteenth century architecture which Hawaiiana House typifies. Loving consideration was granted to the furnishings, mosaic tile, limestone and marble floors, teak carved railings, Plantation era art, model ships, and overstuffed comfortable sofas.
Each bedroom has vaulted open beam ceilings and is generously over-sized with exceptionally comfortable beds and plush lounging chairs. Each limestone bath has a powerful shower providing refreshing cleansing. Hawaiiana House is surprisingly quiet with impeccable sound-proofing, providing privacy for each bedroom.

What an absolutely fabulous house! So beautiful inside and so many outdoor areas. Perfect for sunning, reading, napping, visiting. Truly an indoor/outdoor home. Our visit here was magical...exceeding all our expectations. Perfect weather. Whales everyday. We loved the convenience of walking to breakfast and lunch or to Whaler's Village.
