This open and spacious 4 bedroom condo is the perfect place for your winter ski retreat with family and friends! With a sunny southern exposure and windows on three sides of this corner unit, you see Bald Mountain and it's ski runs right from your living room and upstairs bedrooms. The sun shines in, the fireplace warms you as you watch the winter scenery outside.
The 1,800 sq. foot, open floor plan makes being in the kitchen, dining room or living room, time together no matter what the activity, no matter what the season. This is the perfect place for a winter week of skiing, cross country skiing or snowshoeing with your friends. It's the perfect condo for a girlfriend getaway, for your college friends to gather or for your family's annual ski trip. Lots of room and plenty of bathrooms means space for all.
The location is superb for being on the go. You are a short 2.5 block walk from the lifts in Warm Springs! Be the first on the chairlift. Walk home for lunch or meet the gang on the patio at the Warm Springs Lodge after they grab the very last run of the day. Catch the free KART shuttle bus into Ketchum for an evening of dining or gallery walks or jump on the bus and go to Sun Valley to skate at the outdoor ice rink or enjoy a drink at the Duchin Lounge. The KART picks you up at the end of the driveway. There is simply no better winter location in the Wood River Valley!
There are two window filled Master Suites, one on each floor, each has its own full Master Bath and separate vanity. Both Suites feature queen sized beds.
On the second floor you will find two more sunny bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a twin. All bedrooms have ample closet and drawer space. These bedrooms share another full bath upstairs, so everyone has plenty of access to showers and lots of hot water. A second twin bed is also upstairs in the TV area. It doubles as a day couch when not being used for sleeping.
The kitchen is fully equipped for group-sized cooking. The kitchen features All-Clad cookware, a full set of utensils, a Braun Coffeemaker, blender, toaster, abundant tableware, glassware and everything you will need to feel at home. The dining room has a large table for 6 and there is a small table in the lower living room which will seat 3-4. A Washer/Dryer is right upstairs in the condo.
After your ski day on the mountain, you can relax in one of the three hot tubs, listen to Warm Springs Creek rush by. In the evening, gather in the living room next to the warmth of the fireplace, look up at the mountain and anticipate the next day of exploring; skiing, shopping, dining, artwalks. Sip a glass of wine. Go to dinner at Trail Creek Cabin by horse drawn sleigh. Wander through the town of Ketchum looking at the twinkling lights. Go sledding. Make memories. Make this your vacation home in Sun Valley and for a time this winter... be "Off Leash".

Why the Owner Chose Ketchum
We chose our place in Sun Valley because of it's great location near the Warm Springs lift and all of the excellent, outdoor amenities at the Prospector. There is no where else in the valley as close to the lifts, with 2 summertime pools and year around hot tubs, and tennis courts, in as beautiful a spot as this is, along Warm Springs Creek! Sun Valley is still untouched and a quaint mountain town.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
In ski season, I thought it was great to be so close to the lifts, that everyone could come and go as they pleased. I love being able to look out the windows and see the ski runs, and sit in a hot tub while the creek sings by. In summer, the pools and tennis courts are fantastic. The Warm Springs neighborhood is quiet, but town is a quick bike ride away. The condo is large enough to be really comfortable with a larger group. Plenty of bathrooms and space to send the kids upstairs for a movie while the adults have their space downstairs!
A walk across the foot bridge over the creek from the condo is less than...100 yards.
An easy 3.5 miles from the condo. Dining, shopping, artwalks, the grocery store and pharmacy are available here.

I have been skiing since my Dad taught me as a kid, many years ago! I taught skiing in Vail, Colo. during my twenties and have taught my 2 kids to ski when they were young too. I have always loved our time together in the mountains, skiing and hiking.
