Nestled on a hillside on over an acre, in a private community with seasonal views. This three bedroom, 2 bath upscale chalet has a loft and finished basement. Built in 2006, the kitchen has stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The focal point of the home is the stunning fireplace with vaulted ceilings and rustic post.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor. Bedroom one has two twin beds and bedroom two is a bunk room that sleeps 4. The second floor has a loft overlooking mountains in the distance and a master suite with double shower head and walk in closet.

The kitchen and linen closet are fully stocked and ready to go for fun. There is a large deck and acres of green space to explore.

Winter...This is a winter paradise with Gore Mountain just a 7 minute drive and Whiteface just over an hour. There is a snow tubing park in town, less that 10 minutes away. Garnet Hill cross-country center is 15 minutes down the road. There are cross country ski trails as well as snowshoeing available. Or you can just stay home and sit in the hot tub!

Spring/Summer/Fall...The Hudson River comes alive in the spring and there is rafting for any level of adventure that you seek. The town of North Creek is 10 minutes away. There you will find the Upper Hudson River Railway, which offers train rides along the Hudson. There are shops and restaurants in town as well as a climbing wall! Or, you can venture further away to Lake George (25-30 min.) Saratoga (45-50 min.) to check out the races and see a concert at SPAC or Lake Placid (90 min.) to see the Olympic venues and still be back to the house in plenty of time for dinner on the deck! There is hiking for every age and ability level in any direction you choose to go.

The community pool is open in July and August during the day for your enjoyment. Garnet Hill offers mountain biking trails and there is excellent road biking too. You can go for summer/fall gondola rides, check out the Barton Garnet Mines tour, visit the Adirondack Interpretive Centers or the Adirondack Museum in Blue Mountain Lake. There are a variety of nearby lakes that offer swimming, kayaking or canoeing. Golf is another warm weather activity that is available.
