This clean remodeled unit sits on a pond in lower Deer Valley with views of lower Deer Valley ski runs and Snow Park Lodge. It is well appointed and has high-end furnishings and appliances. If you enjoy cooking, this gourmet kitchen will be a treat. The condo has the sophisticated elegance typical of Deer Valley residences.
The unit is spacious, with a great room/full dining room (seats 6) and a deck off the dining area. In addition the counter seats four. The kitchen is open to the living/dining area, making the unit great for families and entertaining. There is a separate family room with a queen sleeper sofa and TV VCR/DVD unit. There are two Master Bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a Queen, each with flat screen TV. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds. It has underground parking with direct access to the unit, so renters never have to go outside.
The Living Room has a 50" flat screen TV as well as a fireplace. A private hot tub sits on the balcony (professionally maintained) with views of Deer Valley ski runs. The hot tub is only filled in winter months; drained May 1-November 30. The unit features wireless high-speed internet and high thread count linens and towels. Each bath has a one-time supply of amenities. A greeting basket will meet each guest upon arrival.
The unit is on the free city-wide bus system for easy access to all the activities and attractions in Park City. Park City's Historic Main Street is close by and features shopping and numerous top rated restaurants. Deer Valley Resort is only .5 miles away, Park City Mountain resort is 2 miles away, with The Canyons Resort at 5 miles away. Three ski resorts with miles of terrain within minutes of each other.
There are endless Winter and Summer activities in Park City and the surrounding areas.

Absolutely beautiful accommodations! My family of five has been coming to Park City and skiing Deer Valley for over 15 years and renting this property made our visit this year! The pictures don't do it justice. The personal touches and incredible kitchen and baths make it special and far superior to other places we've rented. The convenience of both the Deer Valley ski shuttle and Park City town bus made life easy and allowed our grown children to come and go as they pleased. Sure hope this property is available when we decide to come back next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The unit is spacious, the bedding is comfortable, towel are thick & plush and the kitchen is wonderful. We were there for the super bowl, only downside is our team was not playing. Great place for kids of all ages. This is a fantastic rental. Would definitely stay here again. It's about a 5 minute drive to Deer Valley resort or Main Street, so very conveniently located. It's also right on the shuttle line, so you can get around easily w/o a car. The place is beautiful - probably one of the nicest rentals I've ever stayed in. Most rentals feel like they were furnished in the 70's and nothing has changed. Not this place. It was entirely renovated not too long ago, so it feels like it's brand new. The amenities and fixtures are all very high quality. The bedrooms are huge w/ very sizeable bathrooms and closets. The furniture is really nice (not those beds that feel like the springs are going to pop thru the mattress). The family room/dining area is very big with vaulted ceilings, flatscreen TV, wireless internet. Kitchen is fantastic with high-end appliances. There is a private deck w/ a hot tub off the family room. There is a separate living room w/ a TV. There is a laundry machine in the unit and lots of closet space. There is also a huge mudroom to accommodate A LOT of gear when you first walk in. Basically, the place can sleep 8 people very comfortably, with plenty of room to spare. Two parking spots are located in a shared garage underneath the unit. Only minor downside is that you have to climb a couple flights of stairs to get to the unit. We also had a little trouble with the thermostat, but we got it working. Loved this place. The owners are really nice and they took good care of us.Did you find this review helpful? Year Purchased: 2009
About: Dirk and Caprice Montgomery from Tampa Florida purchased this condominium as a second home in 2009. They purchased it from Dennis and Lisa Loomis, of Loomis Construction, who had purchased the unit in 2005. At that time it was completely gutted and remodeled by Loomis Construction. It has high end finishes and is very comfortable. Lisa Loomis, of Loomis Property Management, still manages the nightly rentals.
Why Fawngrove:
We've always wanted a second home in a ski destination. We love to come to Park City to ski and snowboard but we love the summer too.
