Its peaceful location is ideal for boating & kayaking, birding & hiking, and enjoying the local wineries of the Carneros Appellation, famous for Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sparkling Wines. Located at the cradle of both the Napa & Sonoma Valleys, it's ideal for exploring both regions. Home features a professional cook's kitchen and an open kitchen/living/dining room with 12-foot ceilings. The 18-foot span of glass doors that open to the glass-enclosed riverfront deck make a dramatic backdrop for dining, entertaining, and relaxing on the Napa River. Three bedrooms and 2.5 baths make this comfortable for 6 guests. All bedrooms feature luxurious bedding and mattresses and have views of the preserved wetlands to the West. Sunsets are truly spectacular here! The Master Bath features his/her sinks, an over sized shower, and a 2-person soaking tub. There is a large office for those who want to work while visiting.
