Brand new construction just completed in September 2007. This beautiful, spacious, high end property will feel like home in an instant. With approximately 2530 square feet to spread out in, you'll have plenty of room to expand your lungs and breathe in that fresh mountain air. The house has a great setup for couples with each bedroom having a private baths for added privacy. The den also has a private full bath. The house is nicely arranged on 4 levels. On the top level, you have the master suite with a king bed, gas fireplace, jetted bath tub, enclosed glass shower, TV and beautiful views of alpine meadows and mountain tops. The second bedroom is also on this level with a queen bed, 3/4 private bath, wooded views, and a TV.
Going down to the main level, you have the third bedroom with a queen bed, private full bath and wooded views. For those of you who love to stay in and cook, you'll love the gourmet kitchen with all the special extras... granite counter tops, a 5 burner gas stove on the island, and a double oven. The laundry room, 1/2 bath and access to the back patio with private outdoor hot tub are also just off the kitchen. The kitchen is also open to the living and dining area. Along with the deck off of the living area, you also have a gas fireplace, TV and stereo system.
The next level down is the main entry to the house.
Now, down to the 4th level, you have the den with a queen size sleeper sofa, private full bath, TV and stereo system. Entry from the 2-car garage is also located on this level.
You can't go wrong with this perfect mountain escape. You can travel a couple miles to the heart of downtown Breckenridge, or escape the back way to the base of the Peak 8 ski area and hiking trails. Relaxing in the hot tub after a hard day of skiing, hiking, or biking and gathering for great food with great friends sounds like the perfect escape to me!

We stayed at this location for a nice ski weekend (1-14-11 thru1-18-11). It was a very nice and spacious location at I would recommend for anyone. Very accurate description and photos of property. Property was clean and maintained well. Owner was very easy to work with. Will definately stay here again when traveling to Breck!

We stayed at this home for Thanksgiving in '09 and it was everything it said it was and more. It was a wonderful kitchen to cook in as well as had plenty of room for all of us. The home was beautifully maintained and we are going back this year for the same time period. We found the owners very easy to work with and very accommodating as well. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting privacy and relaxation as well as a great location with easy access to the town.
