If you want to vacation at a huge complex , and park across the street in a huge parking garage . then Sterling Reef is not for you . Sterling Reef is more like a Boutique Hotel . Park inside in the same building. Find loading and unloading your vehicle very easy. Have a personal relationship with the friendly staff.

LOCATION ? You can`t beat it! Right on the Beach! On Front Beach Rd . and Alf Coleman Rd., which goes through to Middle Beach Rd.& Back Beach Rd. Right across the street from Alvins Mountain Mall and The SHIPWRECK ISLAND WATER PARK . .

In our Condo . you will find a Kingbed in the master suite with a patio door to the large private balcony .The guest suite has a queen bed, and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area .

We have 9 foot ceilings , granite counter tops, ceiling fans in all of the rooms, TV`s in both bedrooms and living area . DVD players in the master bedroom and living area .VHS player in the guest bedroom . And " FREE WI-FI " for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped. And there is a washer & dryer. We keep 2 beach chairs in the unit for our guests. On the grounds there are 2 swimming pools . 1 heated in the winter.

A Fitness Center with a gulf view free to you . A barbecue area for your pleasure. Plenty of Beach Fun. On the Beach by STERLING REEF you can ride banana boats, go parasailing, jet skiing , etc .


SORRY, no smoking in the CONDO . pets are not allowed . primary renter must be 25 yrs old and provide ID . WE RENT TO FAMILIES .
