This condo is located on the ground level with a patio on the back that over looks the tennis courts. The complex is located on the Sound. There is a reserved boat slip if you want to bring your boat and fish! There is an extra $50/week charge for the boat slip.

You have access to a swimming pool and a fishing dock on the property. This property is equipped for everything you need to call home.

Washer and dryer are available at the club house. Access to the club house which features a pool table, couches and full kitchen.

  • We stayed in this condo from May 23-May 30th. It was a wonderful place to stay with a family. It had plenty of room to spread out and relax after a long day on the beach. It was fully stocked with everything that we would ever have needed. The owners were very sweet people who helped us with all our needs! We loved staying in Fort Walton Beach because it was close enough to Destin for a very short drive, but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of Destin. We had a wonderful time and plan on returning next year!

  • Great Condo.... Clean, Quiet, and Comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Kitchen vey well equipped. This is one of our favorite places to visit.
