We could not have asked for a better place to stay on our vacation! The view of the mountains had to be the best in Gatlinburg, hands down. Although there are a couple of cabins near this one, from the deck you can’t see any neighbors! The decks themselves are very spacious and have plenty of seating. The cabin was very clean, with plenty of room so everyone has their own space. The location is perfect! It is nestled between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, once you go through the wooded area towards Gatlinburg you turn onto your road at the first red light. You don’t have to worry about hitting the traffic in downtown Gatlinburg. The cabin is at the end of a road that may make some nervous driving. Be prepared, it is a narrow road with lots of turns…but the cabin is completely worth the drive! Unfortunately we didn’t get to see any bears during our stay, but hopefully next time since we plan on staying here again!

The views from this cabin are magnificent! This home was extremely clean and came as advertised in the description. Owners are extremely helpful and readily available by cell phone, if needed. We would absolutely rent this cabin again and highly recommend it to anyone. Had many nice little extra features like covered level parking for two cars, plenty of nice deck furniture, an enclosed separate gameroom, and a well stocked kitchen. Only drawbacks...and there are not many to speak of...would be the lack of a second master bedroom and no pantry to store food in the kitchen. The pluses far outweigh any small negatives. Make the reservation and enjoy the incredible views!!!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here...The views at this cabin leave you Speechless!! Cabin was very clean and kitchen is equipped with anything you could possibly need..starter supplies were supplied in abundance...Kids enjoyed the pool table and air hockey.Views from the hot tub are amazing. Didn't see any bears this stay..but plan on coming back and hoping to see some then. Snowed while we were here and they did a great job of keeping the roads clear.Road is very narrow! Loved the carving under the car port..so unique. You must stay here...you will NOT find a better view anywhere else.Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!!

My family spent a week at this wonderful cabin. Everything was pristine in the cabin, everything was in great working order and there was lots to do. We have teenagers and they all found fun things to do in the cabin. The views were absolutely spectacular, beyond beautiful ! Cindy is extremely professional and so easy to work with. She is always responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. This is a fantastic place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone interested in visiting the smoky mountains. It was an absolutely perfect week. We will come back to this cabin in the future for sure.

The house was spotless clean, comfortable, well equipped, wonderfully decorated (loved all the bears), and has an absolutely amazing view & is private. Couldn't have asked for much better!! It is a little challenging to find and the lane is narrow as you get closer to the house, but our GPS had no problem finding it. We hope to return and stay here again soon. Just watching the mountain views change with the mist and fog and clouds and sun was Amazing. The games were fun and we enjoyed the hot tub with it's view. Cindy was great to deal with and gave us good helpful info.

I stayed at 4Bears for a week with my daughter, my sister and three children ages 7-14. A little difficult to find - we had to get Cindy (owner) on the phone to "talk" us in. The cabin is up a very narrow switch-back road and we always tried to return home before dark. The home was spic and span when we arrived. A beautiful home that matched the photos on line. Views were indeed spectacular. Our only disappointment was that only one of the bedrooms had a private bath. We didn't use the wonderful poker/game table in the game room until our last night, but it was great fun. The pool table and air hockey were wonderful to have with the kids. They were never bored! The sleeper sofa downstairs was broken, and there was a problem with previous damage to the outside door in the downstairs bedroom. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Our only suggestion would be the addition of hooks on the walls in the bedrooms and bathrooms. All in all, a great choice - we will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. I would like to comment on the review of the guest who complained about the steep stairway and the hazard it presented to her toddler. I would think anybody who rents a two-story home would expect a set of stairs. These stairs are steep and narrow - however, the opening at the top is also narrow and would be easy to block off, either with a gate or even a dining room chair if necessary.

This mountain cabin cannot be beat. From the moment we arrived, we were awed by the beauty of the cabin, the facilities and the view. Everything you could ask for and more! Even our 2 and 4 year old grandchildren felt it was the best ever. As family members arrived, they would take them on a personal tour of the house. Truly amazing. Don't miss staying here. The location is wonderful - convenient to everything in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

We just spent a beautiful long weekend at this meticulously kept, gorgeous mountain cabin with the most spectacular views of the Smokey Mountains you will ever see. The kitchen was the most fully equipped I have ever experienced. You will love to cook in it with its fantastic view of the mountains through the sliding glass doors of the Great Room. My 80 year old mother, cousins and aunts gathered for a reunion that we hope to repeat annually at this location. There is no need to search any further for a mountain retreat. This cabin truly has every amenity you would desire. We enjoyed morning coffee and conversation on the deck and the hot tub was especially relaxing after a day of hiking or shopping. For those not familiar with the area, I would recommend seeing Cades Cove with its totally unspoiled landscape. The owner was so helpful and prompt when returning emails or phone calls. I often reached her immediately. The photos on this site well depict the real property and in many cases don't do it justice until you see it in person. It's that well kept and appointed. Don't hesitate renting this cabin. Expect steep curvy roads on your journey up the mountain, but once you've reached the cabin, you will not be disappointed! We are looking forward to making this an annual reunion.

My 3 brothers, their wives, my husband and I just returned home from this beautiful cabin. This is a wonderful place to have a break from "the real world". The cabin is beautiful and so peaceful. There was plenty of space in the living room for the eight of us to be together in one room to sit and laugh about old times, along with the deck areas outside. The view is the best I've had while in the mountains. There are NO trees blocking the mountain view. It was simply gorgeous. The cabin was clean and well kept. (I do mean that because I'm a clean freak). The kitchen is MORE than fully equipped. When you don't want to cook we recommend The Park Grill in Downtown Gatlinburg for an awesome tasting prime rib. Flap Jacks for breakfast is also very, very good. We were in hopes of seeing a bear at the cabin (as long as we were inside) but we didn't. We were driving back to the cabin from Pigeon Forge one evening and a bear did cross the highway. That was exciting to see. Cindy's awesome to work with and was very prompt at responding to emails or phone calls during the entire process. We all agreed that we would return again and we highly recommend this location for your getaway....Happy Vacationing! :)

This was my family's first visit to the beautiful mountains of Gatlinburg, TN and we enjoyed ourselves so much! The description listed on VRBO doesn't do the cabin justice - the cabin is even better and more beautiful in person. The kitchen was well stocked as well as the toiletries for the rest of the cabin. The view was spectacular and we even saw our first bear! The owners are helpful and responsive and I would certainly recommend this cabin to others. Thanks Cindy and Doug for a wonderful family vacation!
