Sliding glass doors open right out to the balcony and gorgeous beach view. Just listen to the peaceful waves! Oversized closet will comfortably hold all your personal items.
SECOND BEDROOM has queen sized bed and private bath. Lovely light colored furnishings and artwork welcome you to lie back and relax. Look out the large windows to the beach below or unwind while enjoying television or a movie on the DVD player.
THIRD BEDROOM has twin beds with fun artwork and direct bathroom access. TV with DVD is also featured. These bedrooms along with the PULLOUT SLEEPER SOFA allow the unit to sleep 8-10 comfortably.
The open KITCHEN area has beautiful black granite counter tops with attractive white cabinets and appliances. Elegant glass-topped DINING table seats four (4) with seating for four (4) more at the high-top granite bar. From the kitchen, dining room and living room areas you look out across the beautiful pool area out to the panhandle’s sugar white sands and emerald green waters.
This is an end-unit facing South over the beach. The oversized balcony features two sets of sliding glass doors that give direct access from both the living room and master bedroom. The afternoon sun and breathtaking sunsets are the perfect end to a wonderful day - - - or the beginning of an exciting evening. You can see for miles down the beach in either direction or watch the action on Front Beach Road.
The two large pools with tropical landscaping are at lobby level (one heated year round) and your view looks out over the beach and gulf waters. Additionally, a large gulf-front meeting room including kitchen is available for business meetings, family gatherings, or weddings. If you feel like eating close to your condo we have had terrific feedback about Calypso Café directly across the street. The parking deck connects by climate-controlled bridge to high speed elevators.
Picture yourself on the balcony viewing the emerald vista of the Gulf of Mexico and the Dan Russell Pier. Calypso Resort and Towers is located adjacent to Pier Park, Simon Property Group’s extensive tropical-feel life-style center which is currently under construction. Pier Park brings a new level of shopping and entertainment to Panama City Beach. When finished it will boast approximately 150 stores and restaurants in an open-air setting and includes entertainment venue such as a park for summer concerts and annual festivals and Southern Theater’s Grand Theater containing sixteen movie theaters with stadium-style seating. Included amongst boutiques such as Ulta Cosmetics and Ann Taylor Loft are large retailers such as Dillard’s, JC Penney, Borders Books and Music, Target, Old Navy, Ron Jon Surf Shop, and an upscale grocery.
In addition there are numerous restaurants including Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, Panera Bread Company, Johnny Rockets, Reggae J’s Island Grill, Destin’s Back Porch Seafood House, Longhorn Steak House, and Ruby Tuesdays as well as two Starbucks.
Age Requirements - Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age will be verified upon check-in.
Falsified Reservations - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to full forfeiture of advance deposit or security deposit payment(s), and the party will not be permitted to check in. If the party has already checked in, occupants may be required to vacate the property immediately with full forfeiture of all reservation payments.
Add 10.6 % Florida Tax, and $75 Housekeeping Fee to Rentals- Resort Amenities fees in Rate
