Give your family the perfect holiday gift--a month of fun in the sun! Relax and enjoy your stay from this beautiful, second floor carriage home. The master suite has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, full master bath with two sinks and shower. The guest room, in its own private wing, has a queen-size canopy bed, full size sleeper sofa and walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two double beds, a walk-in closet, and shares a full second bathroom with the guest room. The den is set up as an office and has a queen size sleeper sofa.

The main living area has vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, and an entertainment center with a 46" plasma TV and DVD player. The dining room seats six and has breathtaking lake and golf course views. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed and there is a breakfast nook with seating for four and two barstools for additional seating. The screened in lanai is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views and watching the area wildlife. All the rooms have ceiling fans to add to your comfort.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED and there is NO SMOKING in the unit.

Pelican Sound Golf and River Club is a 547 acre gated community located in Estero, FL which is just 20 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport. The resort offers a 27-hole golf course, tennis, dining, swimming, fitness center, boat shuttle to Lovers Key beach, kayaking and biking. Located between Naples and Fort Myers, there are numerous beaches, restaurants and shopping centers within minutes.

As a leasing tenant, you may elect to transfer to our Pelican Sound Golf and River Club Membership, entitling you to enjoy all the amenities provided. The beautiful Mediterranean-style 18,000 square foot clubhouse is the central point of many activities with formal and casual dining. The Main Club House has a dining room, grill room and bar, pro shop and locker rooms. The River Club offers casual dining and bar—and is located near the Olympic size pool and state of the art fitness center.
