Casa De Las Sirenas offers 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths & two half baths, a very well equipped large kitchen, dining room and great room. Tile and custom woodwork throughout compliments a very open floor plan. All the bedrooms are air conditioned for your comfort. Ceiling fans thru out provide fresh and cooling breezes to the remainder of the casa. Enjoy the outdoor living area which consists of a covered palapa with a custom couch, fan and lites. Your private pool has a outdoor shower plus a 1/2 bath just steps from the pool. Don't forget to take the stair case to the roof top terrace to take in the dramatic sunrise and sunsets overlooking the Pacific and the mountains.
Due to the location of the casa to the closest town centers a rental car is highly recommended. Driving in the area is easy since our casa is located just off the main coastal highway which provides access for many enjoyable day trips to the surrounding towns along the coast.
The weather from late October to June is dry and sunny, temps usually in mid 80's and nights mid 70's. If you have never been to the Pacific Coast of Mexico, this is the place to visit.

My husband and I have just returned from the most relaxing holiday EVER!! This was our first time renting a home, and it felt just like home. Paul and Kay were great hosts and all the pictures on the site were acurate. Twice a week, we had ladies come in and clean. We walked everyday on the beach, which was 300 feet from the casa, and also enjoyed poolside daily. We bought food for breakfast and lunch, but went out every nite for delicious dinners to the 2 closest towns to Musica del Mar.. The weather was perfect everyday. There was only one problem....we didnt want to come home!!! LOL

What a beautiful place and a beautiful experience! Start your day on the rooftop with a cup of coffee in hand to enjoy the beautiful sunrises over the mountains - then end your day in the same place with a margarita for the breathtaking sunsets over the ocean. The casa is tastefully decorated, comfortable and has all the comforts of home. The neighbors are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. There is so much to see and do within a short distance - something for everyone. - And most important you will never find nicer owners than Paul & Kay to work with who will help you in any way they can to make your stay in Barra de Navidad one you will never forget. Don't miss this opportunity!!! I can't wait to return!!!

PARADISE FOUND!!!!! This is a Wonderful place to refresh!!! You are a mile from the Grand Bay Resort & Spa !! 27 holes of wonderful Golf, Restaurants. You will be just a 9 iron or PW depending on the Tropical breeze to the beach, 5 min walk up the beach for another restaurant! That is if you decide to leave this wonderfully appointed home!! Yes you will feel like you are at home!! Paul will see too that!!! Rent a car you will not want to miss the surrounding area!! If you feel a need to stay in touch there is high speed internet, satellite TV and Phone service VOIP!! If you have Verizon wireless you can get a Mexico Plan. Check with your cell provider The Pacific Ocean is just a glance away!! You will hear the ocean without a need of sea shell!!

I stayed at Casa De Las Sirenas in March of this year. What a beautiful property. All the furniture is custom made and fits the space perfectly. No detail to attention was over looked. The pool is beautiful and the perfect setting to realx in the sun. The kitchen is laid out wonderfully to cook a small intimate dinner or a dinner party for a crowd. Just steps from the beach, we was whales, dolphins and plenty of sea birds. Several excellent restaurants are within walking distance and certainly worth the trrip. I would stay at this lovely property any time!

I stayed at this beautiful casa from 3/16/10 through 3/31/10. It is very clean and beautifully decorated. You have all the amentities of home and more. The ocean with the waves hitting the shoreline are a sight to see. There is a couple of restaurants within walking distance and many others in the small towns nearby. I would recommend renting a car so you can see and experience the area. Kay and Paul are delightful people and made sure that I enjoyed my stay. The neighbors are all very friendly. I have already recommended this place and will continue to recommend it.

We stayed at this gorgeous house for a week in February and it was fantastic. Paul is a fabulous owner - he was wonderful in terms of communication, everything is laid out nicely and easy to use. The house is BEAUTIFUL, will a stunning terrace, amazing pool, and the sound of the waves crashing 100 yards away all day and all night. Our only trouble was that we hadn't rented a car, and the bigger towns of Barra de Navidad and Melaque are tough to get to and from without a car. Otherwise, paradise!

We were hoping for "nice" but, instead, got "wonderful"! Two weeks in paradise! A lovely, comfortable casa, great pool, and all the comforts of home. The owners have obviously taken great pains to ensure their renters have an enjoyable Mexican experience. Plus, the location is perfect -- easy access to nearby towns with great restaurants and shopping, although we found ourselves content to simply spend our days at this beautiful home and pool. To anyone looking for a rental in this area, we say: CHOOSE CASA DE LAS SIRENAS!

Ginger & I visited Paul & Kay's Casa De Las Sirenas Feb 20th thru Mar 5th, 2009. While we have visited most area's in Mexico, this was our first visit to Barra de Navidad. About the host's and their beautiful villa; the villa is absolutely wonderful. The layout is perfect and everything is spotless and very well appointed. The help and all the neighbors will make you feel right at home. It really is extraordinary. The beach & surf is just what the doctor ordered. Isla de Navidad (apprx 1km) is beautiful upscale golf, hotel, & marina development. We took two overnight trips around the area and really enjoyed the sights. Paul checked on us regularly just to make sure we were doing well. I would rate it *****, and yes we will return next year. If you feel we could be of help you may contact us directly.
