Enjoy the 2 master bedrooms with direct water views and dedicated bathrooms for each bedroom. The first floor master has a flat screen TV and the master bath also has a jetted tub and separate walk in shower. Each bedroom has a striking entertainment armoire complete with cable TV and DVD. We chose the Huntington Villas because of the location and all of amenities! It is "flip flop distance" to the beach, the private pool is outstanding with sun and shade year round. The water views and serenity of the lagoon in the backyard is amazing --not to mention the great water activities like kayaking and fishing on the dock out back. We know you will like it as much as we do!
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
The Huntington Phase II villas have cathedral ceilings so it's spacious and relaxing. It's fantastic for families to have 3 1/2 baths to clean-up after a day at the beach before dinner! The bike path is right outside the front door too so rent or bring your bikes for rides on the beach or bike path. Parking is in front of the villa so it's easy to unload and enjoy. We think you will feel like it's home away from home --and better yet...with a beach!

We stayed at this beautiful Condo the week of Christmas 2011. My parents loved the first floor master and huge master bath with whirlpool. My wife and I also loved the fact that the condo has two master suites, so we were able to enjoy the second floor master bedroom and master bath. The two boys had there own room with two Queen beds and their own bathroom. Needless to say we were extremely comfortable. The condo is very close to the beach entrance, a highly recommended attribute in Palmetto Dunes. Many thanks to Greg and Nikki for there patience in answering all our questions and there checking with us the first evening to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was just awesome and we highly recommend it.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Wonderful villa short walk to stunning beach. Villa was immaculate, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The owners were excellent to deal with. Two master suites great for 2 couples. Screened in porch and family room have wonderful views of peaceful lagoon. Enjoyed restaurants, golf and beach of Palmetto Dunes and would definitely return and would definitely recommend this villa.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

My wife, one year old son and I recently stayed here, one word, STUNNING! The condo has everything you could possibly ask for, it was like being at home. The location of the condo is perfect as well, it sits next to a beautiful lagoon with docks to fish off of and is within a short, scenic walk of both the pool as well as the beach. If you're looking for a home away from home look no further. I would highly recommend this condo for anything from a family vacation to a small family reunion.

We loved this beautiful condo with all of the comforts of home! The location was perfect for us! Just a short walk to the beach but surrounded by huge shade trees and wildlife. Even the pool has some shady areas most of the day. We will most likely be returning to this condo!

I want to thank you for the superb accommodations your villa provided for my stay in PD last month, as well as your courtesies and assistance which helped make my vacation very enjoyable and relaxing. Your villa is bright, open, beautifully furnished and delightfull, with the comforts and conveniences of home. I particularly enjoyed the lagoon view with swooping and diving pelican-like birds and troops of ducks swimming in formation as feature attractions. I will surely think of you next time I visit Hilton Head, and hope we can make similar arrangements again.

We had a wonderful vacation at Hilton Head! Your beautiful and comfortably decorated villa made us feel right at home and very accomodating for our family of six. The "backyard" lagoon was great for Kayaking and convenient access to the beach made this villa a great choice. Roomy refrigerator, oven with microwave and full size washer and dryer brought all the comforts of home on vacation with us. We like to cook in most evenings and relax. The outdoor grill was a nice perk! Thanks!
