Our Condo is centrally located just 75 miles west of Denver right along Interstate 70 with 10 minutes to four world-class ski areas: Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and A-Basin with fantastic activities year round.
This first-floor condominium is located in a quiet complex just five minutes from Keystone Ski area. Enjoy this peaceful setting nestled in the Arapahoe National Forest.
It has two large bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king-size bed and full private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath. The bedrooms are separated by a hallway for maximum privacy. There is a full size pull-out bed in the living room.
This spacious 1023 sq ft unit is located on the GROUND FLOOR (only seven steps from the parking lots), so NO carrying children, luggage, ski, snowboards etc. up and down frozen icy stairs. Six people can comfortably enjoy the dining room. Right off the living room is a private patio with a propane BBQ grill. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and many extras. You won't have to go far to enjoy the community recreation center with a water slide, basketball court, running track and many other amenities.
Our house rules include no pets and no smoking.
Four-night minimum stay from Nov 16th - April 14th Two night minium stay from April 15th - Nov 15th. Check-in is 4:30 PM the day of; check-out is by noon the following day.

- Summit County has world class skiing just 15-20 minutes away to Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, Loveland, and Arapahoe Basin. Vail and Beaver Creek are within 30-40 minutes via I70. You can pick up the free shuttle that will take you to town and to the ski resorts. Just 2 miles down the mountain to Silverthorne and Dillon, you will find outlet malls, many restaurants, bars, City Market, and Target.

For great hiking there is a trailhead just outside the front door. There is great biking opportunities throughout Summit County for the hard-core mountain biker or the paved path cruiser. Enjoy golfing at the River and Ranch courses at Keystone, The Raven at Three Peaks in Silverthorne, Copper Creek, a Jack Nickalus 27 hole course in Breckenridge, and 30 min to the west are Vail and Beaver Creek courses. Why the Owner Chose Other Keystone Properties
We wanted a place that you did not have to lug our stuff up lots of flights of stairs. It is seven steps from the parking lot to the from door. It is very quiet - not a big complex and most people are year round owners.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The thing that is nice about this location is the view and you are close to the factory outlet malls, grocery store, recreation center and great resturants. You can sit out on the patio or have a fire in the fireplace and relax.
This place is incredible with an indoor water slide, racketball, running track, basketball, hot tube. You name it and this place has it. You can pay a per day charge.
Best place for breakfast. Make sure you try one of their freshly baked muffins. I like peach, but each of them are good.
We have a discount card to use to save you some money. This is a Kroger or King Sooper store. Starbucks is in the same shopping center. Make sure you check what we have before you buy any condiments.

This condo is a unit that we use and decided to share it with others when we are not using it. We do not smoke, but do have a dog that we take up to the unit. Pets are not allowed per the covenants. It has a great view and is just a relaxing place. We love the unit, since the two private suites gives you the ability to have your own space. The kitchen is equipped with everything. Even a crockpot, so you can throw in some food and have it done when you come back from you days activities.

The owners were very nice. They suggested places to stay. They helped us stretch our money by leaving coupons and grocery card for discount on food. We played games, watched videos and just relaxed. The kitchen had every pots, pans and kives you could every want. This helped us save lots of money. We just put stuff in their croquet pot and it was ready when we came back. We will definately come back. The condo is located close to the shuttle, so we could just left our car and let them shuttle us around. Saved some gas too.

A great place for a quick get-away. I especially liked the two separate bedrooms, each with their own bathroom which provided a great deal of privacy. Loved being close to some hiking trails without having to drive a ways.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Very quiet, private, easy in and out with few steps, lots of room, very comfortable, all amenities, easy access to all shopping, restaurants, ski areas, and outdoor activities.
