Our nice private retreat surrounded by trees and wildlife - New Mexico Travel Our mountain home is located 5 min. from the ski slopes, behind the Resort's private Monte Verde Lake. The house is very secluded in the trees on a half acre and part of the property backs up to a greenbelt with nature trails. The Town Center, Golf Course, and the base of the Ski Slopes can be easily accessible by private car or by Angel Fire Transportation (Magic Bus), which can shuttle you and your family to the ski lifts, shops, restaurants, and other village attractions for a reasonable fare. At 2000 square feet and two levels our house has plenty of room to spread out. The two bedrooms downstairs each have a king-size bed and walk in closets. The upstairs bedrooms each have queen-size bed and there is an attached loft as well, which has a futon. The loft is also a good hide out for the kids because of the 36" Flat Screen Satellite TV that has video game ports on the front and a DVD/VCR combo player.
