LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The Whaler is the one. Located right in the heart of Kaanapali!

The beach, fronting The Whaler, is the "BEST" in all of the island. Don't be fooled by properties that say they are on Kaanapali Beach, when they are not in the PRIME area for the sand (without rocks), shopping and eating.

There are many many restaurants all with in walking distance. Shops are plentiful at Whalers Village (next door to Whaler) and in all the hotel lobbies.

By taking an evening walk along the sidewalk, on the oceanside of all the hotels, you will find it to be a fairy-land. Stars, cool breezes, and ocean waves to enchant you.

We have a malady here in Maui. It is called "Polynesian Paralysis." This malady makes you feel like "you died and went to Heaven". Actually, we who live here, believe we are truly in Heaven.

    • We enjoyed 10 wonderful days in unit #264, celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. Several people recommended this to us, and we were not disappointed. Working with Cindy was special, and she showed her integrity from the get-go! The unit provides everything you need. We especially enjoyed the balcony/lanai for early morning breakfasts, some lunches, gorgeous views throughout the day and late evening, star-studdend skies....most of the days we even experienced double rainbows for just a short period...awesome! We loved stepping out the door and onto the beach with a 6:00 a.m. cup of coffee, in the chairs #264 provided. The early morning and sunset walks along the beachfront path of Kaanapali Beach are not to be missed! We also chose #264 because of its proximity to 'the action' of Whaler's Village - a fun place to shop and extraordinary restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed time on the beach, the cabanas, the pool and getting to meet some really nice people. Of course, we'd like to move there, but 'til then, we look forward to our next time in #264. Thank you Cindy and the Pfeiffers....you made our 50th a wonderful vacation! - Cliff and Marty

    • My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights for our honeymoon in September of 2007 and it was wonderful. It is the perfect location and on a beautiful beach. Tons of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance and great snorkeling a short walk down the beach. We LOVED maui and The Whaler, it was a perfect honeymoon!

    • Enjoyed great R&R here in August 07. #264 is a large, clean, quiet, and well-kept air conditioned studio condo with a very comfy king bed and fabulous sunset views off the shaded lanai. The Whaler is right on the beach, with a mile long promenade walkway that passes several great restraurants and noted hotels. Black Rock is just one hotel away, and has the best snorkeling on Ka'anapali Beach. We went to several Maui beaches and NONE were better than the one outside your door. Rent snorkel gear cheap next door at Maui Dive Shop in the Whaler Outdoor mall. The condo is on 2nd floor of Tower 2, and a few feet from the elevator, making it easy for quick getaways to the beach, pool, or a spot of shaded grass. And be sure to enjoy a sunset sail on the Trilogy Catamaran (sign up kiosk and boarding is in front of the hotel, how easy is that). Cindy makes sure you are set and the place is ready for your stay. You won't want to go home.

    • My husband and I visited your condo 7-26-07 -8-02-07 and it was absolutly fabulous! It was actually better than the pictures-great location and the beach was awesome. I absolutly would come back again and again. Everything was handled very professionally and to anyone thinking about coming here, you won't be dissapointed with this choice.

    • We stayed in #264 for the first part of our honeymoon and it was perfect! The condo looks just like the pictures on the internet. The kitchen was fully stocked and the closet with the beach towels, floaties, cooler, etc., was very convenient. The employees at The Whaler were very nice. If we ever return to Maui, we will return to #264.

    • Had a great time, and helping make it that way was #264. It more than exceeded our expectations! Everything we needed was there, from linens, beach towels, beach seats, coolers and "floaters" - all in great condition. We had planned to eat dinners out, but with everything we needed in the kitchen for us... and the new Webber Gas Grills (which the Whaler staff keeps immaculately clean), we enjoyed having all our dinners on the lani at sunset! And that bed... well... I tried to figure out how to get it on the plane with us. 50 steps to the stairs (if you choose not to use the elevators),down one quick flight of stairs, 25 steps and you are on the beach!! Our best recommendation? We shall return!

    • We just returned from our 9th visit to this beautiful Unit 264. The unit has everything you could want and the view from the lanai is spectacular, we love having brkfst out there. The location is perfect, walking distance to shopping, very good restaurants and the lovely Kaanapali Beach Hotel with great entertainment nightly and a very friendly staff in both the Tiki Bar & restaurant. The Pffeifer's and Cindy are great people to deal with, you wont be disappointed with their place. We hope to return!!
