This open and spacious multi-level home, perfectly located above Fanny Hill on the quiet cul de sac of Bridge Lane, enjoys great views to the north and sunny southern exposure on the large wrap-around deck. It is ideal for one large family or two regular size families. Home includes a family room and ample space for kids and adults to enjoy their separate activities.
The large living room with a 30' vaulted ceiling has very comfortable seating on the enormous sectional, as well as a game table, wood burning fireplace, 32 inch TV with DVD/VCR, and stereo systems. Overlooking the living room is a spacious dining room with seating for 12. The well-appointed kitchen has bar seating and plenty of room for several cooks and observers.
Each bedroom has its own private bath. The master bedroom and king bedroom have TV/VCR systems.
Entry way is lined with cubicles and hooks to store ski gear. As well as two Balinese style benches for comfortable sitting for removing boots.
On the ground level, is the family room, with comfortable sitting area with sofa bed, wood burning fireplace, TV/VCR, wet bar, game table, microwave and laundry area. The fourth bedroom and bath adjoin the family room on this level. With over 3200 square feet, this bright and spacious home offers the perfect mountain getaway.
Snowmass is one of the most scenic and beautiful destinations at any time of the year, offering spectacular mountain terrain for skiing and snowboarding in the winter, giving way to vast , rich countryside in the summer, ideal for all outdoor activities from golfing, hiking and biking to horse riding, fishing and white-water rafting.
Winter dial-a-ride taxis service is available anywhere in Snowmass for $1 per person.

Great skiing! It was so nice to be able to ski-in/ ski-out right from the house. Home is very spacious and has a great cozy, family atmosphere. We especially enjoyed taking a hot steam or soak in the hot tub after a day out in the snow. Nothing beats it! I couldn't imagine a better place to have a ski getaway.

The owners are wonderful, and the house is great. Very big and plenty to do in the area with the family, which made for a great vacation. I only wish we had stayed longer to spend more time in this home and enjoy more of the activities in the area.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.
