Our private mountain Townhome is continually updated to provide a cozy and comfortable place to recuperate after a day of mountain activities.
We are nestled in a wooded area near the heart of Winter Park, and within walking distance to town restaurants, shops, grocery and convenience stores, and nightlife.
The town of Winter Park is about two miles from the ski area. The free Ski-Shuttle picks up about 50 yards from our door every 15 minutes during the busy ski season and will take you to the ski area and around the town.
Our three bedroom/three bathroom condo features a private hot tub off the Master bedroom (Winter Only). The spacious Great Room with stone gas fireplace has a vaulted pine ceiling and opens into the kitchen and dining area. A glass-enclosed sun room provides a sunny place to sit, read or relax. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience along with all the other comforts of home.
The fully equipped kitchen with skylight provides you with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, and all you will need for your warm and hearty meals after a day of fun activities in Winter Park.
• Master Bedroom on first floor is furnished with a King size bed and a full private bathroom.
• Bedroom #2 on first floor has two twin beds with an adjacent full bathroom.
• Bedroom #3 on the upper level has a queen bed with an adjacent full bathroom.

Our family stayed at this condo for the first time in January 2007. It is very roomy, comfortable and well-equipped. It is very convenient to the ski area and shopping--the shuttle bus stop is just across the street. Before John upgraded to this larger 3-bedroom condo, we had rented a 1-bedroom condo from him during several ski seasons--he has always been very accomodating and made sure that our stays were a positive experience. The hot tub is a welcome treat after a day on the slopes!
