Our private mountain Townhome has been updated with new carpeting, paint, all new beds, and furniture and is in excellent condition.
We are nestled in a secluded wooded area near the heart of Winter Park, and within walking distance to town restaurants, shops, grocery and convenience stores, and nightlife.
The town of Winter Park is about two miles from the ski area. The free Ski-Shuttle picks up about 50 yards from our door every 15 minutes during the busy ski season and will take you to the ski area and around the town.
Our three bedroom / three bathroom condo features a private hot tub off of the Master bedroom (Winter Only). The spacious Great Room with stone natural fireplace has a vaulted pine ceiling and opens into the kitchen and dining area. A glass-enclosed sun room provides a sunny place to sit, read or relax. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience along with all the other comforts of home.
The fully equipped kitchen with skylight provides you with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, all new cookware, coffee maker, microwave, and all you need for your warm and hearty meals after a day of fun activities in the mountains.
BEDROOM DETAILS:
• Master Bedroom on first floor is furnished with a King size bed and a full private bathroom.
• Bedroom #2 on first floor has two twin beds with an adjacent full bathroom.
• Bedroom #3 on the upper level has a queen bed with an adjacent full bathroom.
• We offer an additional inflatable airbed.
