This immaculate unit is walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort and is adjacent to a cross country ski trail. It sits back off the main road and is nestled into the Aspens with open space behind. Across the street is Park City Municipal Golf Course. It is directly on the Park City bus route with easy access to all the activities and attractions in Park City. It is close to Historic Main Street with shopping, galleries, and numerous top rated restaurants.
The condominium is a one bedroom plus a loft which will sleep up to seven people. There is a queen bed in the Master with another queen bed in the loft with it's own private bath. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the Living Area and a single sofa sleeper in the loft. There is a Powder Bath on the main level. It is nicely appointed and cozy.
It has a gas fire place in the Living Room. There is underground parking available. Coin Laundry facilities are located off the underground parking area. The unit has a private hot tub with additional access to the shared complex hot tub and pool. The club house also has a shared sauna.
The linens provided are high thread count, along with soft egyptian cotton towels. A guest greeting basket is there upon arrival. A one time supply of amenities are in every bathroom. Bottled water is in the refrigerator.
You have a short walk to Park City Mountains lower ticket booth or you can ride the bus to the Main Park City Resort entrance. Deer Valley ski resort is 2 miles away with The Canyons being 3 miles away in the other direction. Three ski resorts with miles of terrain within minutes of each other.
There are endless Winter and Summer activities in Park City and the surrounding areas.
For the comfort for all of our guests this is a non smoking unit.

Dennis and Lisa Loomis, of Loomis Construction and Loomis Property Management, bought this in 2002 and gutted it down to drywall and remodeled it. Sunce 2002 we have kept it up to our high standards replacing beds, bedding, carpet, funiture and TV's as needed. We also manage the property to ensure the high quality of the unit and rental experience for our guests. We own four other units and manage several other second homes in the area.
