This immaculate unit is walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort and is adjacent to a cross country ski trail. It sits back off the main road and is nestled into the Aspens with open space behind. Across the street is Park City Municipal Golf Course. It is directly on the Park City bus route with easy access to all the activities and attractions in Park City. It is close to Historic Main Street with shopping, galleries, and numerous top rated restaurants.
The condominium is a one bedroom plus a loft which will sleep up to seven people. There is a queen bed in the Master with another queen bed in the loft with it's own private bath. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the Living Area and a single sofa sleeper in the loft. There is a Powder Bath on the main level. It is nicely appointed, clean and cozy.
It has a gas fire place in the Living Room. There is underground parking available. Coin Laundry facilities are located off the underground parking area. The unit has a private hot tub with additional access to the shared complex hot tub and pool. The club house also has a shared sauna.
The linens provided are high thread count, along with soft egyptian cotton towels. A guest greeting basket is there upon arrival. A one time supply of amenities are in every bathroom. Bottled water is in the refrigerator.
You have a short walk to Park City Mountains lower ticket booth or you can ride the bus to the Main Park City Resort entrance. Deer Valley ski resort is 2 miles away with The Canyons being 3 miles away in the other direction. Three ski resorts with miles of terrain within minutes of each other.
There are endless Winter and Summer activities in Park City and the surrounding areas.
For the comfort for all of our guests this is a non smoking unit.

Dennis and Lisa Loomis, of Loomis Construction and Loomis Property Management, bought this in 2002 and gutted it down to drywall and remodeled it. Sunce 2002 we kept it up to our high standards replacing beds, bedding, carpet, funiture and TV's as needed. In 2009 we sold the property to Monica Sonnier from Tennessee. She purchased it as a second home but we continue to manage it for her. It is important to all of us to ensure the high quality of the unit and rental experience for our guests. We own one other unit in Three Kings and manage several others in the Park City area.

We can’t say enough about this location and the help that Lisa provided! It was wonderful to find a property that was everything (and more) described on the VRBO web site. Accommodations were in excellent shape and nicely appointed. Kitchen was well equipped and the whole condo was very clean. Easy walk or short drive to mountains and downtown. Lisa’s help was excellent and immediate. We would recommend staying here to anyone without reservation.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

What a great condo, ideally located on the Park City shuttle route and a short 10 minute walk to the ski slopes. The hot tub was a treat after a day of skiing, so relaxing on sore muscles. The kitchen was perfect, plenty of dishes, pots and pans for the nights we stayed in and cooked. Lisa was always prompt at returning any phone calls, before and during our stay.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

This condo is in a terrific location! From the front door to the ski lifts of Park City Resort is under a 10 minute walk or a 30 second drive. And The Canyons and Deer Valley are both around 10 minutes away by car. Just out the door is a bus stop for the local free bus service which takes you anywhere in Park City. Just across the street is the golf course which, in the winter, is a 5 and 10 km cross-country ski trail. The private hot tub out back is a real treat after a day on the slopes! And the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and glassware. The beds and couch are very comfortable. 5 of us stayed for a week and we would highly recommend it!

This was a great condo. My husband and I had the master bedroom and my 2 children shared the loft. It was so nice after a day of skiing to pop into the spa right out the back door. The kitchen was well equipment with pots, pans, etc. We loved the location. Very close to the Park City resort, but, not in the middle of all the noise.
