Gorgeously remodeled with all the up-to-date colors to make your vacation stay comfortable and relaxing. The Villa is rarely rented and is also the Owners Home-away-from-Home, so it's kept special.

This Villa overlooks the 17th green of the Monarch Beach Golf Course, it is across the street from the amenities at the St Regis Resort Hotel and a short walk to Salt Creek Beach (rated as the sixth best beach in the U.S.)

This Mid-Century modern 1400 square foot Villa will meet all your vacation interests. Your every need is provided for, including a desk with high speed internet access if you really need to work!. Media center with a 41" High Definition TV, DVD,& CD for your entertainment.

The Country French style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a wine refrigerator. Off the kitchen is the laundry room and the front balcony with a blue water ocean view and a BBQ grill for alfresco dining for six on the back balcony which overlooks the surrounding golf course.

The master bed room has a California King style bed, with a walkin closet, dual sink vanity area and a Roman shower. All the towels and linens are new, soft and comfortable. The guest room is a combination office and bed room with a queen sofa bed.

Formal dining for six is available with the imported Italian table and Armorie. The Mid-century modern family room features chrome and glass accessories with two sofas and rosewood tables. One sofa converts to a twin size bed.

The Villa is located in the heart of Monarch Beach Tennis Complex featuring a stadium court, its own fitness center, a pool and California style spa. It's a short drive to shops and restaurants in Laguna Beach and the Dana Point Harbor.

Included in the two car garage is beach equipment, chairs, mats, body board and ice chest for picnics. You don't even have to bring your sun tan lotion.
