Last week was my second stay here and I can't think of anywhere else I would want to spend my nights while in San Francisco. I spent 5 nights in the front bedroom and couldn't have been more comfortable. The property was clean and very well-maintained, just like I remember it. Our group enjoyed many meals in the backyard surrounded by trees and landscaping. The flat is centrally located and just a 5 minute walk to the subway but far enough from Market St. to have the peace and quiet that you expect while on vacation. The owners are so friendly and accommodating and again made me feel right at home. I didn't want to leave and I will definitely be back!

My family from Canada and China stayed here for a week while in town for my wedding. Everyone loved the place! Brad and Anthony were very communicative right from the start, accommodating our many questions. The place is a very spacious 3 bedroom with a beautiful living room, full kitchen and bathroom. Parking is not difficult to find nearby. Public transportation is excellent to get to tourist sights. The only tiny downside is that the wireless internet is a bit slow.

Owner response:Thank you for the heads-up on the wireless being slow. That has been fixed. We have upgraded our internet service and our guests are reporting that our new internet service provider is performing at speed.

Great Location - Great place to stay

We loved our stay here. We were close to everything that we love about San Fran. We could park our car easily and the Muni was just down the street. Our kids were made to feel very welcome by Brad and Anthony and they loved playing in the outdoor area. They still ask if we can go back to our American home in San Francisco to see Brad and Anthony. Brad and Anthony were so helpful - just the right balance - available when we needed them while giving us the feeling that the place was ours to use freely. They also told us about a great farmers market on Wednesday afternoon just around the corner that kept us in a steady supply of beautiful summer fruit. The apartment was lovely and it was refreshing to spend time in the outdoor area soaking up the beautiful summer weather. We were here for 3 weeks and it felt like our home away from home. This is a great place to stay and we will be coming back next time we are in San Francisco.

Recommended for:Families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

From my initial contact via email and phone to my eventual stay I was more than pleased with the owner customer service and willingness to answer any questions Bradford provided. This was my first visit to San Francisco and I would be flying in to celebrate my birthday. Once I arrived I found the neighborhood quite pleasant and just as Bradford had described. Upon our initial meeting face to face I was welcomed and provided with a tour. The apartment was exactly as represented in the photos; very clean, the rooms were spacious, and the kitchen has nice updated appliances. Everything I needed was within walking distance in the neighborhood; shopping, eateries, bars, etc. I felt free to explore and enjoy after a guided tour of Castro by Bradford and Anthony. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the entire experience and would recommend the property to anyone. I will definitely revisit in the future.

We had an amazing 6 days in this spacious apartment. it was well placed and we qickly got to know the area and to understand and use all of the transport links. Despite Brad's advice not to bathe in the sea I had a g...absolutely freezing, but a beautiful beach nonetheless. We moved on from San Francisco to Utah and Las Vegas but this was definately the highlight of our trip - and it's not easy to please a family of parents and adult kids travelling together for the first time in a few years. Our only regret was not staying longer, there were so many palces we still wanted to visit and great eating places on the doorstep. The apartment was as pictured, clean with lovely quality bedding and plntful towels, the kitchen very well equipped and when there was somthing I needed it was there instantly. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and hope to be able to return. Thank you

This is an excellent place to stay. The unit is quiet and easily within walking distance to the best of SF, parks, restaurants, cafes, and public transportation. Street parking is very easy. The owners are extremely nice and accommodating. They made the rental process effortless. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again.

Delighted, Satisfied and Pleased! My three sisters and I stayed here in July for a week. The rooms were spacious, very clean,comfortable, nice amenities..nice new kitchen. We'd make coffee and go down to the patio which was surrounded by greenery and listen to the birds. There were plenty of touristy attractions nearby-especially enjoyed Sausalito & the Pier. Also convenient to restaurants, grocery stores & transportation. Brad and Anthony were more than helpful with suggestions and directions - We highly recommend !

My husband and I rented this property with a few friends for a week while we were out for the Nike Marathon. The house was exactly what we had expected. The location was great! It was very close to a grocery store, which was nice to be able to save a little money and have breakfast and a few dinners in. It was also very close to the public transportation system and very easy to get a cab. The house was very nice and open and had a beautiful kitchen. Although we didn't really find the time to utilize it, the patio was a great feature too. We would definitely stay here again when we go back to San Francosco!
