Choice of two large (1350sqft) stunningly appointed 3 bedroom condos in an Edwardian 3 unit building located in the vibrant Castro district. Both apartments have been completely newly remodeled with state of the art kitchens and bathrooms. We are located within 1 block walking distance to cafes, restaurants, bars, parks, supermarkets, and shopping. We are 1 block to the MUNI underground, Antique Trolley Line and other major transportation lines.

The condos have high ceilings, original hardwood floors, working wood fireplaces, new contemporary furnishings and original art pieces. The rooms are large and spacious. There is also a flat screen television and theater system for your entertainment. The condos are bright and sunny with double glazed windows that reduce street noise to a level that makes the condos very quiet.

The state of art kitchen has been remodeled with fabulous absolute black granite tops, mirrored backslashes and have all stainless steel appliances, which include dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils and space needed to cook a gourmet meal.

Each bedroom has a queen size bed, side tables with lamps and large chest of drawers. The third bedroom in one unit has a full size sleeper sofa and the bedroom can be used as a study or work area.

The new bathroom offers the original claw foot tub/shower and beautiful art glass vanity top and basin where you will find an ample supply of fluffy white towels
The building is pet friendly and can offer rear yard access for you pet on request. We are 1 block from Duboce Park, an off leash dog park also pet sitting and dog walking can be arranged. Duboce Park also has a child play ground area that requires all adults be accompanied by a child.

  • This was a wonderful place to stay in the heart of the Castro. We were in walking distance to everything. The condo was roomy, clean, & comfortable with a lovely kitchen. Brad and Anthony were super... very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Recommended!

  • This was the perfect vacation home for our family! It was super clean and comfortable, so close to everything which was imperative with 3 kids (ages, 11, 8 and 6).   • WOW WOW WOW! We had the Best stay here. Brad and Anthony were more than accomodating and always greeted us with a smile for whatever we needed. The Plcae was so new, clean, comfortable and we wanted for nothing... TV, Cable, Internet, Great furniture, down to a cofee maker. The area is the nicest you can get with everything in Walking distance. We were working in the Theater district and the commute was 15 min door to door. STAY HERE! And you wont be dissapointed. Can't wait to go back.

  • This place is INCREDIBLE!!! This condo is huge with such beautiful detailed work done to it and was so comfortable to stay in. The owners were beyond helpful for anything that we needed. We stayed here for 4 weeks and enjoyed every single moment while we were here. I was working in the theatre district and it was very convenient getting to and from the theatre from this condo. I also had such a great time taking my dog to the huge dog park 1 block away from here. The surrounding area is also beautiful as well. This place is a must if you are planning a trip to San Francisco.

  • A beautiful, spacious apartment in a beautiful section of San Francisco. A nice view of the street from large dormer windows. I spent ten days there in the summer of 2007. Best vacation of my life. I plan to return as soon as I get the chance. The owners are very hospitable. The place is close to everything you would want to see. There is a nice cafe a block away (Duboce Park Cafe). Careful though, we conceived a daughter there. Might be something in the water, might be something about the comfort and relaxation.

  • This is one of the nicest places I have stayed in San Francisco. The apartment is big, roomy and very quiet for a city apartment. The guys renting the apartment were helpful and went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. I couldn't pull my husband away from the big screen TV while the ball game was on. All and all, I'd say it was a very nice place to stay. We didn't want to leave. I recommend staying here.
