I can't say enough about our stay. It was everything we expected and more. Close to everything -- transit, shopping, wonderful restaurants and within walking distance to wherever you wanted to go. Brad and Anthony could not have been kinder or more helpful. Makes me want to come back and I would recommend this wonderful place to anyone.

A wonderfully situated Italinate/Victoria beauty in the heart of Castro. It is surrounded by restaurants, and coffee joints. Walking distance to lots of fun things. Very close to transit. The hosts are amazing and prepared to help make your experience the best possible.

We stayed here for TWO MONTHS, so I can definitely tell you how amazing it is to live here! I like being concise, so let me very briefly tell you the highlights of this amazing place you're looking at: 1) It's larger than what it looks in the pictures. 2) The neighborhood is fabulous: very safe, easy access to public transport and to major highways (40 and 101), and in walking distance of a 24/7 grocery store, lots of nice restaurants 3) Very beautiful backyard 4) Tastefully decorated with very nice furniture and kitchen equipment 5) The landlords are AMAZING! They'll do anything to make sure that you have an enjoyable trip! We absolutely loved them! I will definitely stay here again in my future visits to SF, and do recommend that to everyone!

Last week was my second stay here and I can't think of anywhere else I would want to spend my nights while in San Francisco. I spent 5 nights in the front bedroom and couldn't have been more comfortable. The property was clean and very well-maintained, just like I remember it. Our group enjoyed many meals in the backyard surrounded by trees and landscaping. The flat is centrally located and just a 5 minute walk to the subway but far enough from Market St. to have the peace and quiet that you expect while on vacation. The owners are so friendly and accommodating and again made me feel right at home. I didn't want to leave and I will definitely be back!

My family from Canada and China stayed here for a week while in town for my wedding. Everyone loved the place! Brad and Anthony were very communicative right from the start, accommodating our many questions. The place is a very spacious 3 bedroom with a beautiful living room, full kitchen and bathroom. Parking is not difficult to find nearby. Public transportation is excellent to get to tourist sights. The only tiny downside is that the wireless internet is a bit slow.

Owner response:Thank you for the heads-up on the wireless being slow. That has been fixed. We have upgraded our internet service and our guests are reporting that our new internet service provider is performing at speed.

From my initial contact via email and phone to my eventual stay I was more than pleased with the owner customer service and willingness to answer any questions Bradford provided. This was my first visit to San Francisco and I would be flying in to celebrate my birthday. Once I arrived I found the neighborhood quite pleasant and just as Bradford had described. Upon our initial meeting face to face I was welcomed and provided with a tour. The apartment was exactly as represented in the photos; very clean, the rooms were spacious, and the kitchen has nice updated appliances. Everything I needed was within walking distance in the neighborhood; shopping, eateries, bars, etc. I felt free to explore and enjoy after a guided tour of Castro by Bradford and Anthony. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the entire experience and would recommend the property to anyone. I will definitely revisit in the future.

We had an amazing 6 days in this spacious apartment. it was well placed and we qickly got to know the area and to understand and use all of the transport links. Despite Brad's advice not to bathe in the sea I had a g...absolutely freezing, but a beautiful beach nonetheless. We moved on from San Francisco to Utah and Las Vegas but this was definately the highlight of our trip - and it's not easy to please a family of parents and adult kids travelling together for the first time in a few years. Our only regret was not staying longer, there were so many palces we still wanted to visit and great eating places on the doorstep. The apartment was as pictured, clean with lovely quality bedding and plntful towels, the kitchen very well equipped and when there was somthing I needed it was there instantly. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and hope to be able to return. Thank you

Great Location - Great place to stay

We loved our stay here. We were close to everything that we love about San Fran. We could park our car easily and the Muni was just down the street. Our kids were made to feel very welcome by Brad and Anthony and they loved playing in the outdoor area. They still ask if we can go back to our American home in San Francisco to see Brad and Anthony. Brad and Anthony were so helpful - just the right balance - available when we needed them while giving us the feeling that the place was ours to use freely. They also told us about a great farmers market on Wednesday afternoon just around the corner that kept us in a steady supply of beautiful summer fruit. The apartment was lovely and it was refreshing to spend time in the outdoor area soaking up the beautiful summer weather. We were here for 3 weeks and it felt like our home away from home. This is a great place to stay and we will be coming back next time we are in San Francisco.

This is an excellent place to stay. The unit is quiet and easily within walking distance to the best of SF, parks, restaurants, cafes, and public transportation. Street parking is very easy. The owners are extremely nice and accommodating. They made the rental process effortless. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again.

We were very satisfied with the location and the apartment itself. The place is huge with very comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen and bath have been fully rehabbed and are beautiful. Having wifi and HD Direct TV was also nice. The location is in the heart of the Castro and very accesible to public trans and cabs. We traveled with our two year old and it was nice to have a park to go to right up the street. There is also a Safeway within walking distance and tons of restaurants and small markets. The owners are very hospitable and really make you feel at home. The backyard is also beautiful with very nice landscaping, gas grill, and a large table with plenty of seating. I would sum it up to say that we would not hesitate to stay here again - if you need a place in SF and this place is available, grab it as soon as you can - it's worth it.

My husband and I rented this property with a few friends for a week while we were out for the Nike Marathon. The house was exactly what we had expected. The location was great! It was very close to a grocery store, which was nice to be able to save a little money and have breakfast and a few dinners in. It was also very close to the public transportation system and very easy to get a cab. The house was very nice and open and had a beautiful kitchen. Although we didn't really find the time to utilize it, the patio was a great feature too. We would definitely stay here again when we go back to San Francosco!

It was just what we needed. We were 5 friends getting together to celebrate our 55th year of life. Although this property would apeal to all ages. It was nice we could all be in the space. If we got a hotel room, we wouldn't have been as comfortable and would have had to split up. The central location made it easy to sightsee and get around. The inside was beautifully remodelled. Parking was a little tricky, but doable. The owners were available for any help we needed, which wasn't much. It was great.

Four of us stayed here for a long girls' weekend, and it was beyond fabulous! Everything is beautiful, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The neighborhood and location are great, and we loved living like locals, enjoying the nearby restaurants, and having room to relax when we had worn ourselves out seeing the city. If we had spent the the same or more money on a hotel room, we would have been sitting on a couple of beds watching TV, not in a great condo with our own full (and fabulous) kitchen and multiple bedrooms. Everything is convenient--grocery, pharmacy, restaurants--and Brad and Anthony were perfect hosts. One night we took the J train to Eric's Chinese restaurant south on Church St. and had the best Chinese I've ever had in San Francisco (and it's not in Chinatown). This is definitely the place to stay!

Delighted, Satisfied and Pleased! My three sisters and I stayed here in July for a week. The rooms were spacious, very clean,comfortable, nice amenities..nice new kitchen. We'd make coffee and go down to the patio which was surrounded by greenery and listen to the birds. There were plenty of touristy attractions nearby-especially enjoyed Sausalito & the Pier. Also convenient to restaurants, grocery stores & transportation. Brad and Anthony were more than helpful with suggestions and directions - We highly recommend !

WOW WOW WOW! We had the Best stay here. Brad and Anthony were more than accomodating and always greeted us with a smile for whatever we needed. The Plcae was so new, clean, comfortable and we wanted for nothing... TV, Cable, Internet, Great furniture, down to a cofee maker. The area is the nicest you can get with everything in Walking distance. We were working in the Theater district and the commute was 15 min door to door. STAY HERE! And you wont be dissapointed. Can't wait to go back.

This place is INCREDIBLE!!! This condo is huge with such beautiful detailed work done to it and was so comfortable to stay in. The owners were beyond helpful for anything that we needed. We stayed here for 4 weeks and enjoyed every single moment while we were here. I was working in the theatre district and it was very convenient getting to and from the theatre from this condo. I also had such a great time taking my dog to the huge dog park 1 block away from here. The surrounding area is also beautiful as well. This place is a must if you are planning a trip to San Francisco.

A beautiful, spacious apartment in a beautiful section of San Francisco. A nice view of the street from large dormer windows. I spent ten days there in the summer of 2007. Best vacation of my life. I plan to return as soon as I get the chance. The owners are very hospitable. The place is close to everything you would want to see. There is a nice cafe a block away (Duboce Park Cafe). Careful though, we conceived a daughter there. Might be something in the water, might be something about the comfort and relaxation.

This is one of the nicest places I have stayed in San Francisco. The apartment is big, roomy and very quiet for a city apartment. The guys renting the apartment were helpful and went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. I couldn't pull my husband away from the big screen TV while the ball game was on. All and all, I'd say it was a very nice place to stay. We didn't want to leave. I recommend staying here.
