"The Little House On the Marina" is at the corner of Bayshore Drive and Georgia Ave. in the heart of Niceville, Florida. Come by boat or car, there's a free boat slip for your boat across the street at "Alan's Little Marina."
Quaint & Comfortable Cottage with Great Views of Boggy Bayou, it is completely furnished with everything you need to make your vacation special & complete! Alan has gone the extra mile & added all the extras, to make you feel right at home.
Come and enjoy the nicely furnished, sparkling clean cottage. The cottage is very spacious with split bedroom plan, laundry room with full-size washer & dryer. The living/kitchen/dining area is open & spacious with a breakfast bar & stools & a large comfortable sofa for your comfort. The master suite comes complete with a king size bed and master bath with a jacuzzi tub. Down the hall, are the other 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with twin beds. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their privacy.
Take a nice walk along the bayou and experience the natural beauty of Boggy Bayou. Relax & unwind on the wrap around deck under the moss covered oaks & enjoy wonderful views of the bayou and the activities at the marina.
