Year Purchased: 2007
I have a home in Rocky Point just down the beach from the Encnato condominiums.
Why the Owner Chose Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point)
Gorgeous beach, but quite and less crowded than the Sandy Beach properties.
This is in the area of the new International Airport, and I purcased here also for the value of the appreciation on the proeprty. I will eventially sell the condo after the airport is open.
