Location, location, location!!---We could walk to the beach, a
short walk to several eating establishments, a fabulous Marina area with all the amenities such as restaurants and shops, and fast accessibility to freeways for all the tourist highlights (Disneyland etc.) !!! The condominium complex is quiet, which we really appreciated. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it's there, a minute from the door, for kids and adults to enjoy. Because of the location, we extended our stay and as a result, met a lot of the neighbors who have become friends that we will stay in contact with---a bonus! Thank you! John & Sandy

"We stayed at this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Dana Point....What a pleasant surprise and how wonderful and updated it is. Very central to Dana Point and Pacific Coast Highway #1 and I 5, which can get you anywhere on the Coast. The pool and jacuzzi was highly used most days by us also, and everyone so friendly. At the condo, it is fully equipped with all necessities of "HOME". My hubby kept commenting, maybe we should just move in permanently, as it is all equipped. Clean is not the word, but very clean surely is! Again we will come back and enjoy this condo. "We had a blast with my 2 children. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna all great. The beach was a very short walk. We rented bikes and were able to tour the area better. Dana Point Harbor is so closed that we went there almost daily. My kids and husband went fishing and I just relaxed in this beautiful and well equipped condo with beach towels, chairs and cooler. I definitively will return next summer." Donna A.

Cockroach Infestation Not Worth Savings

The property is a nice enough property, but in our stay here is was infested with cockroaches. It had to be fumigated while we were there - and even that did not get rid of the infestation. We contacted the owners who did not satisfactorily resolve the issue. The price is a touch cheaper than other condo's in Dana Point, but not worth it. I would not recommend this property unless you want some extra protein crawling over all your meals and your kids!
Owner response:We never had any problem in the past with any type of insects and had many guests staying even longer time in the condo. We responded inmmediately and had the condo treated. We provided a reduction in price for the inconvenience and were available at all time for any questions or problems. The guest seemed satisfied and we did not hear until before departing. We were surprise of this review. We provide great service to our guest by being available and taking care of any questions or concerns they have inmmediately. We have a great cleaning team that keeps the property in a superior standard than some comparables vacation rentals in the area. We take pride of our vacation condo and we are here for you.
