We have outfitted our home with first quality furniture for maximum comfort. It is so cozy you won't want to leave. Outside there is a bamboo lined shower and a fish cleaning table and charcoal grill, where you can prepare your day's catch for dinner. We also have a covered deck where you can sit and relax after a full day of activities. You will be close to many restaurants, unique shopping, fishing and the most un-spoiled beaches on the East Coast. Oregon Inlet Fishing Center has headboats and charter boats available to take you fishing in the sound, inlet or the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf Stream. Also available are dolphin and eco-tours. Hatteras near its southern tip is within 12 miles of the Gulf Stream is known as “Game Fish Junction” because abundance of northern and southern species of fish. There is so much to do here I can't list it all. The Cape Hatteras and Bodie Island lighthouses are nearby. All of the water activities including windsailing, kiteboarding, jet skiing, fishing etc are right outside your door. Another popular family activity is to take the free Ferry from to explore the remote fishing village on Ocracoke Island. USA Today named Hatteras Island one of top ten best beaches in all of the US!
