This beautiful newly-renovated property is located only 5 minutes walk from the Plaza and is central to all activities in town including the Rail Yard, Canyon Road, and a short drive to Hyde Park Road which leads to the Ski Basin.
The condo is situated inside a private compound with no drive through traffic. There are two off street parking spots available to you directly in front of the house.
Inside you can enjoy the traditional New Mexico charm of the diamond plaster walls and the kiva fireplace. The art collection that hangs throughout the house is a creative mixture of antiques and contemporary art by local artists. A large sectional sofa surrounds the kiva fire place in the living room to socialize or relax around. There is also a writing desk off to the side to work on. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and all the tools needed to prepare a meal for friends and family. From the kitchen door you enter to the private yard surrounded by coyote fence and a large elm tree. The yard has patio furniture and a bbq gas grill for outside entertaining. The master-bedroom has a custom made Cal-King bed with an extremely comfortable mattress system modeled after the Montage Hotel and is accompanied with luxury linens. The guest bedroom has a comfortable full size bed with an antique vanity. The bathroom is new with an antique vanity and a deep soaking tub.

This condo was quiet and close enough to downtown that we did not have to rent a car, which made for a very laid-back vacation. We rented bikes at Melo Velo, which is also walking distance. A five-minute walk brought us to Kaune's, locally owned grocery with everything, including good wine selection. We even walked to the downtown Sandia Shuttle location to catch the van back to ABQ airport. Owner Bobbi was friendly and helpful both times I called her with questions.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+.

This lovely condo is an excellent option for art lovers, readers, writers, and people who love to cook. Nicely furnished and thoughtfully decorated, the condo welcoming and conveniently located minutes from the plaza. The kitchen includes a professional stove and an assortment of cookbooks, and the bedroom is well stocked with an array of books including fiction, memoir and art books. A find.

We stayed in this lovely casita for 10 days and felt at home from the very first minute. Great location, generous amenities, incredible DVD and CD collection, lots of personal touches, and spotless clean! Bobbi has been very helpful and caring, even providing lots of extra information to answer all our questions about Santa Fe. We'll definitely recommend it to our friends.

My husband and I stayed here for a week. This lovely casita is just as it appears in the pictures - very attractive, modern and spotlessly clean. Lots of space for two people (or even another couple). The condo/casita had everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better, about a 10 minute walk to the Plaza and all the great Santa Fe restaurants (especially our favourites, Bistro Galisteo and Saveur). It was the perfect base from which to explore Santa Fe. The king size bed was so comfortable. Bobbi was very helpful from our first inquiry. We definitely hope to go back and would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone wanting a well located home away from home while they explore the wonderful city of Santa Fe.

This was a wonderful way to enjoy Santa Fe. The condo is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood that makes it easy to get anywhere you need to in town. It is very nicely furnished and extremely clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in Santa Fe for over two weeks in August/September - and loved every minute of it. The condo is perfect, with a good kitchen, the most comfortable bed you could imagine - and not a bit of IKEA in sight! Before we arrived, I didn't believe that it would be walking distance to the heart of Santa Fe - but it was, even for a non walker like me! There were only two of us, so we had lots of space. I think two couples might be a bit cramped, but it would be ideal for a small family or a couple. I have already recommended it to family and several friends and I know we will return whenever we come to Santa Fe. Thank you, Bobbi, for all the thought you put into making this great home away from home.

My husband and I took our 3 year old for his first ever visit to Santa Fe and stayed at the condo. We could have not made a better lodging choice. The house is warm and inviting and such a happy place to come home to. It's chock full of just about every amenity you can think of, and the addition of the washer/dryer was such a bonus (especially with a VERY active toddler!) We would most definitely stay here again, and will recommend it highly to friends. You will not be disappointed!

A home away from home. Beautiful furnishings, great appliances and a decorator's touch. A perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. We left our car behind, preferring the short walk to the center of town. What a wonderful stock of great books, DVD's and CD's - and a lovely wide-screen TV. This place is a first-class operation, sure to please the most discriminating tastes. Clean as a hospital. We look forward to our next visit.

We stayed at this duplex in early Dec 2009. It was just wonderful. Only a short walk to all the shops in the Plaza, and quiet as could be. It felt like you were staying at someone's home with a great selection of DVD movies to watch and tunes to listen to. Having a fireplace when it was really chilly was very nice, and the kitchen had everything you could want. I highly recommend this place.
