Master bedroom: private balcony with breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, king size bed, marble bath with double vanity, separate shower and a garden tub, large walk-in closet.
Guest rooms: bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds, private balcony with bayside views. Each guest rooms have its own private bath.
Kitchen: granite countertops, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, appliances (coffee maker, cook top, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher).
Plus: Flat screen TV, DVD, Bose sound system, washer/dryer, luxurious Italian beddings. All beds are equipped with the “Heavenly Mattress” by the Luxury Collection of Starwood, custom designed furnishings.
The private oceanfront balcony off the living room and master bedroom has tables for outdoor dining in addition to lounge chairs and comfortable seating. This home has the largest beachfront lot in Pointe West, cul-de-sac location, and is angled to maximize privacy.
Rental includes access to the private Pointe West Beach Club and Sunset Pool Club. Amenities includes infinity pool, hot tub, children's wading pool, towel service, snack bar, restaurant, open-air bar, fitness center, game room and daily organized activities.
The beaches are cleaned and groomed daily and no vehicles are permitted on the beach. Smoking is prohibited and no pets allowed.
