The living area is adjacent to the dining and full-sized open kitchen. Seating is available at the table for 6-8 as well as eight barstools around the 4x8 kitchen island. Just off of the dining/kitchen area is a deck with grill. Also on the main level is a master suite (#1) with king bed, twin sleeper chair, en suite master bath and laundry. Bedroom (#2) is next to this master with a queen bed and full-sized bath across the hall.
The lower level has a second Master Bedroom (#3) with king bed and en suite full bath; Family Bedroom #4 has two double beds and en suite 3/4 bath; Queen Bedroom (#5) with full bath across the way; and TV room with a single sleeper futon, game cube, TV, mini bar, corner stove, and entrance to side deck with hot tub.
House has 200 gallons of hot water storage for taking multiple showers.
This home is located 1.8 miles to new Peak 7 skiing, 2.4 miles to Peak 8 skiing, and 3 miles to Breckenridge.
