Trout fishing in lagoon off your back porch. Located on the Frisco/Lake Dillon hiking and biking trail next to the lake. Rent bikes and use the free transit to transport you and your bike to your favorite spot.

Walk to main street, the lake or the bike paths. Ski/board at one of the 5 world class resorts from 5 to 25 minutes. Great restaurants and golf courses close by. 2 blocks from the free bus stop and 6 blocks to main street. Multiplex movie theater and outlet stores 7 minute drive to Silverthorn.

The townhome has new furniture and paint (2008), a large open living room with a gas fireplace and flat panel TV. The oversized kitchen is fully stocked with spices, coffee filters, and laundry supplies. The townhome also has high speed wireless internet.
