We just spent 10 days here and were totally impressed with the unit. The pictures were an accurate representation of the property, and we found it very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The unit was very well provisioned with more basics than we expected. Also, the owners were very nice to work with. We would highly recomend this property and we will be back.

We stay in Frisco so we can ski all the nearby resorts. This condo was one of the best stocked places we have ever stayed - both in the kitchen and the bathroom. It's a very spacious one-bedroom with a large Murphy bed if you have more people. The garage was wonderful and the close by restaurants, stores, ski rental, etc (not to mention lots of ski resorts) made it the perfect location for us! The owners were great to deal with and provide lots of information on local places for you. We hated to leave!

Would definitely stay here again!!!! My mom and I booked this unit last minute, for a weekend of wandering around Frisco and Breck. Ruth was very helpful and worked quickly on getting the details into place for us. The unit was so spacious, yet it had a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Lots of natural sunlight, and a great view from the back deck. A well equipped kitchen made cooking dinner easy. The enormous bath tub would be ideal for after a long day of skiing, and the owner provided some basic toiletries, which was very considerate. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. The unit is located very near a bus stop, where a free shuttle takes you over to Breck, Copper and Keystone, so we didn't take the car out of the garage even once. I would certainly recommend to a friend or relative! The pictures don't do the unit justice!!

My husband and I stayed here in July and had an amazing time. It was our first visit to Frisco. We felt extremely fortunate to have found this townhome! Ruth was exceptionally helpful and easy to work with in regard to the unit. We thought it was nicely decorated and had all of the little extras you are used to at home. The back balcony was peaceful and had a marvelous view. The king size bed was one of the reasons we chose this unit and we were not disappointed. The jacuzzi tub was also a nice perk. My husband swam daily due to the convenience of the hot tubs and heated pool at the shared recreation center. The condo was so comfortable we didn't feel like we were on vacation - we felt like we were returning home when we came and went. We will definitely visit Frisco again and hope to return to this townhome. I will absolutely be recommending this unit to family and friends. We can’t wait to return! The pictures are nice but it's even better in person!

My wife and I stayed here the weekend of May 13-15 and found the unit to be excellent for our needs. The condo was very clean, well maintained, and offered everything we wanted. The king bed was super comfortable, and my wife enjoyed the hot tub! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary utensils and pots and pans. We had a very enjoyable time and will most definitely consider renting it again! Thanks for a great stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It was very large for a one bedroom. Large kitchen with a huge breakfast bar. Nice jetted tub. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. Owner was very nice to deal with. I highly recommend this condo for a stay in Frisco.

We just returned from 3 weeks in this condo and highly recommend this unit for your stay in Summit County. The condo was clean, larger than we expected, comfortable furnishings, newer bath, and complete with all kitchen supplies. Only a block from the Bikeway, we rode bicycles to Silverthorne Outlet Mall, Dillon, Copper Mtn, Breckenridge and in Frisco. I left my wife without a car for a week and she never missed it. Near grocery shopping and restaurants and only a few minutes from downtown Frisco walking or riding. The Murphy bed was great when we had a friend visit from Denver, but the two-person Jacuzzi bath was the big hit. We'll be definitely be back. Lee and Maggie

We just spent our family vacation in Friso, CO. The condo was wonderful! We have 3 boys and we were very comfortable. The condo is in the perfect location. The pond is literally right out the back door, loaded with trout. The pool was in walking distance. The town of Frisco, is located right in the middle of all the little ski villages. So we drove 10 min to the different villages to tour around. We highly recommend this condo as a place to stay for your vacation.

It was great to get away from the big city and visit a small town with so much to offer. The condo was clean and very well decorated. It had every amity that you could possibly need or want. The huge hot tub was a life saver after a long day of hiking up the mountains. The views were just incredible. The location was perfect and just a short drive to Breckenridge, Keystone and Copper Mountain. The outlet shopping was fantastic and close by as well. The people at the visitor’s center were very friendly and knowledgeable and the sunsets were just beautiful. The owner (Ruth) is very sweet and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and have told all our friends and family. We'll definitely be back. Teri & Felix

Spacious and clean! The condo was so nice we invited friends, who were staying at one of the resorts, over for dinner. The open kitchen made cooking pleasant. Wonderful skiing at Keystone. After skiing, the hot tub felt great! I'm looking forward to staying there again.

The condo is wonderful, clean with new furniture and in a great location. All the little extras in the kitchen and the wireless internet are so convenient!! The snow was perfect at Breckenridge. I would stay there again.
