This floor plan also offers the convenience of an upstairs laundry room.
Everything you need is in this house, including high quality linens and towels and a fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience, WIFI is available. There is a 42 inch DLP TV with home theatre DVD in the living room and a 20 inch with DVD in the master bedroom. The patio is fantastic for entertaining and has a charcoal grill.
The home is convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Within walking distance is a beautiful park that boasts a very large doggie park. Downtown and Old Town are just a few minutes away as are many local attractions. ABQ airport and Albuquerque Studios are only 20 minutes from the home.
I also have available is a beautifully updated 4 bedroom, 3 bath in the UNM area of Albuquerque. It sleeps up to 9. Perfect for families!!!
