We are currently renovating a duplex in the Ridgecrest area of Albuquerque. Ridgecrest is a nice family neighborhood convenient to stores, restaurants and only a few minutes to the airport, old town, uptown, Kirtland air force base and UNM. Our two bedroom unit is now complete and the one bedroom will be ready for February 2010 occupancy.
The larger unit has two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), living room, dining room, bathroom w/ tub, kitchen and family room with a large screen TV. ***THIS UNIT IS RENTED UNTIL JUNE*** We do have a beautiful designer decorated home featuring two bedrooms each with it's own bathroom, incredible views. This home is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Available March and April. Rate $139 pn.
The smaller unit will have one FULL bedroom and a QUEEN size sofa bed in the living room. This unit features a kitchenette with Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and sink.
Both units offer PREMIUM cable (HBO & SHO) and wifi. Each unit also has one covered parking spot.
We are offering Grand Opening Special $50 pn on the smaller unit through until March of 2010.
